Are You fucking kidding me? How a pizza can take 2 hours to come to my home, and it’s not even here! You have the worst guy who’s answering the phone, I waste my whole night waiting for my food and now I need to go to bed without eat, and the guy was trying to scream at me, I’m going to put a BIG COMPLAIN.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with garlic knot crust. It arrived after over an hour. It was cold and had no pepperoni on it. I told them to come to the hillsboro entrance, the driver went to lyons road. Pitiful. Will not order from here again.

Ordered pizza and wings for carry out. Came in and sat there for 20 mins, not including the 15 mins before I ordered. Nobody said a single word to me the whole time I was there. I manage to figure out that the computers went down. Not their fault this happened but at least tell the customer (me) something. Walked out and left with no food, nobody tried to stop me. Never again.

Not only was my order an hour late, my pizza arrived super cold. They forgot to bring me my drink and the delivery guy called 3 times clueless on where to go.

Pizza was great but gave me wrong directions to get there. The person said they were on powerline and hillsborough. Not so. I also came in to pay and pick up pizza but the cashier was on a break. They told me to come back in 15 minutes to pick up pizza as the cashier (the only one that could check me out), would be back at 5PM. Never experienced that before.

I ordered 5 pizzas and all arrived hot and sliced unlike last review. The customer service when I called on was incredible.
Guy on phone, I believe Christian, if name at top of receipt is him, went above and beyond. I would call out exactly what he did, but will leave that for the survey. As I don’t want people to feel entitled to that extra effort he made to ensure our order was on point.
For Pizza Hut, 5 pizzas, price, service and quality was on point! This is the first time I have ever been wowed by a person at Pizza Hut and will be placing all our large office orders here going forward because of Christian.

I wish I could give no stars. The taste was not bad but they didn’t slice it so it made it impossible to eat. They knew they were delivering to a hotel No knives? Come guys really? See photo. Pizza got pitched in the can right after the photo.
