Slowest service in deli department. Short staffed and very un-enthused employees. Would be quicker to drive to Boca to get a sub than wait here.

I make the mistake of coming here because it’s next to my house. Always horrible Customer service. A nightmare sub line. No deli manager. Employees ignore people waiting. Horrible experience always

Still our favorite for fresh Fried Chicken in all of Florida! $ 7.99 for 10 pieces — can’t beat that. Just smelling it on the brief drive home has our whole family salivating. Needless to say, we have to keep it stored in the trunk of the car until we get home… otherwise it would never make it that far! Breaded, lightly spiced, southern fried and delicious.

Great store! Clean, well lit, and fully stocked! And the prices were pretty good as well!

Publix is a superior example of grocers here in Florida. With the exception of this store– not only is the parking lot Russian roulette — but the staff are rude, unapologetic and seem bothered particular the deli staff! I will not visit this location again all Publix values and mission are completely lost here !! The deli staff will tell you«take what you can get«when asked what bread is available for custom sandwiches !!! Absolutely rediculious !!!

I’m hating the new store layout since they changed everything in the store. I walked in with a big list of items to buy and walked out with a loaf of bread. And broccoli. most of the items I usually buy all went up in price for some reason. I hope it had nothing to do with the rearrangement of the store.

No one ever offers help out to the car and staff is extra rude I am not used to Publix being a place where shopping is NOT a pleasure and this is the closest location to my house. Deli/sub area– King wait super rude and disorganized staff and I no longer trust the prepared foods. The macaroni and cheese has no flavor or salt just taste like macaroni mush, just because you out the burnt crusty part in there doesn’t mean it taste homeade. Pharmacy staff talks aloud about your prescriptions so rude and wait is terrible

Since I tend to shop at conventional supermarkets in the Greater New York area, I find most of them to be OK but weak in certain areas, such as service and pricing. Shopping at Publix for many years when I have visited Southeast Florida and the Orlando area, I have found that they are my favorite conventional supermarket due to their impeccable cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, high quality perishables, and fair prices. This Publix, which was larger than average, was no exception. I arrived here at about 8:30PM after I asked my friend Bruce to drive me here after dinner to pick up some provisions for my room. Inside, like the other Publix stores I have visited, I found this store to be impeccably clean and to have a pleasant shopping atmosphere that was bright and aesthetically pleasing. I found the produce department to be well-stocked with fresh produce that was reasonably priced and I picked up a 16-oz. box of sweet and tart Strawberries for $ 2.99, which is about a dollar less than I would pay on Long Island at most stores along with bananas, which were priced at .69/lb and an 8-ounce bag of Fresh Express Shreds Shredded Lettuce at $ 2.09, which is comparable to what I pay at home. Next, I went to the deli, where Cassandra, an enthusiastic and efficient deli worker sliced me a pound of Boar’s Head Three Pepper Colby Jack, which came out to $ 10 in change, which is on par with what I would pay at home. I then picked up a case of Diet Barq’s, which was priced at $ 4.99 for a twelve pack, which is one dollar less than what I would pay at home. Throughout the store, I noticed that the grocery aisles were wide and well-stocked with items that were reasonably priced. When it was time to check out, Nadine, a friendly young cashier, provided terrific service as she inquired if I found everything OK, made pleasant conversation about my evening, and checked out my purchase quickly. I experienced the same excellent service again the next night from Diana, my cashier and Kenny, her bagger as they were warm, talkative, and efficient. With shopping experiences like these, Publix definitely lives up to their tagline of «where shopping is a pleasure.»

For a shopper used to the cramped urban supermarket, this Publix is a bit like Nirvana. An overwhelming one to be sure, but it’s got everything you might need and then some! Bought some lottery tickets, and very-good-for-supermarket bagels, and noted that even though I had been excited to find Cupcake wines a few doors down at CVS for $ 8.99/bottle, here they were selling for $ 8.63. Nice staff and also bathrooms as soon as you walk in which is awesome for those of us touristing for the day.

this Publix has the nicest employees except for the sub area… these people are so incoherent and rude and the managers just don’t care I guess cause they have never corrected the problem. As far as the rest of the store it is the bomb as they would say. The boy Robbie was so kind and Angelina and a few of the cashiers were so nice to my grandson and my family. I have never been anywhere where it feels like your shopping at your family grocery. I would shop here before I would Winn-Dixie down the street those people are really rude and disgusting. It’s really nothing more than a Publix Supermarket, certainly better than a Piggly Wiggly or an Albertsons but no where near the high standards or quality of a Wegman’s. However, as far as a Pulix goes, it’s a big one, a good one and overall one of the better ones in the chain.

I like this place because it is the only Publix I know that sells pineapple muffins. If you have a chance, try them, they are really good! The place is very clean, lots of parking available, very friendly staff. If I would go there again? For sure!

This isn’t the closest grocery store to me… in fact there is a Winn-Dixie practically across the street. I go out of my way to hit this Publix because they have good produce, outstanding customer service and a CLEAN, well stocked and well organized store. There are plenty of check-out isles open most of the time, so even when it’s really busy(it’s really busy 99% of the time) you don’t wait in line more than about 5 minutes. The staff is friendly, always helpful, and will even remember you and say ‘Hi’ when they see you on a regular basis. The only reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is for the deli counter. The wait is always wayyy too long for anyone that’s on a lunch break, or in a hurry of any kind. They make a sub sandwich that is TODIEFOR, and it’s a terrible shame that I never have enough time to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for my turn at the deli counter or the sub sandwich station. Also, the beer is over-priced. At the end of the day, it’s still my grocer of choice and I would still recommend it. Just don’t expect a good parking spot.

On two different Fridays this month I was very disappointed with the deli department. In both cases I ordered the Boars Head Turkey Jerk sub on special and had two different deli employees simply walk away from me after placing the order. The first one never said anything, the second(from 20 ft away) explained she had to cut the meat. Not sure why they both had to cut the meat for a sub that was being advertised by an in store sign. The first employee put yellow tomatoes on my sub and merely switched them with different ones when I asked the be removed. So much for listening to a customer. Both times I walked out of the store not purchasing anything. After sending a nice email using I got only 1 call from the store managers. He a single voice message. When I got home from work and called after 7pm I had to wait about 10 minutes for an assistant manager to pick up the line. After explaining all this to him, he merely asked if he could take a message for the store manager. You got to be kidding me, an assistant manager can not resolve such a simple issue? You really need to waste more of my time with yet another form of communication from me? I think I have 6 or more checkins here on Unilocal with this store. No more, gonna find another place to spend my hard earned money. 11÷24÷12 A few months ago I finally heard from the district manager. He was very apologetic and arranged a $ 25.00 gift card for me at this location. I got it and finally got one of those Turkey Jerk Subs. It was very spicy and delic. It was very much woth the wait and trouble! In fact it was so good I am not sure why they do not offer custom subs with any of the meats they have available in the deli. With so many foodies out there, they could easily charge ten bucks and offer a much wider variety than they do now.

This Publix can get crowded, but they have a great selection of produce and meats. We shop here when we visit my parents — who live in Boca and shop here as well. They had everything we needed at a reasonable price.

After striking out at my last store, I drove around a bit and found a Publix. I felt like coming from a third world country and landing in Disneyland. This was a very clean and well kept store. I found my ice cream and was at peace. Sometimes you take for granted little things like a clean and organized grocery store…
