Being such a large company and a distribution warehouse, you would think that they would know how to unload a truck in a reasonable amount of time. Going on 5 hours and only half the truck is unloaded. When I asked how much longer the response was I don’t know? They have absolutely no cares about you, or your time, or if you run out of hours or miss your next appointment. Some say it’s to be expected from a grocery chain but how come Costco and Walmart have noooooo problems unloading within 2 hours. Stay away from this place or make sure you have plenty of time to make your next appt.

For starters… this is a grocery warehouse… so yeah, drivers will be here unnecessarily long… because that’s how these people get their jollies. Second, the yard jockeys and Publix drivers will cut behind you as you are blind siding it into a dock, they fly around the corners of the building, and assume they always have the right of way. Third…even though I’ve edited this thing 3 times, the Unilocal gods refuse to change the info… THISISNOTANAUTOPARTSSTOREANDTHEYDONOTALLOWCARSHERE, much less service them. This distribution center is produce, meat, and frozen foods… and they suck!

Absolutely horrible. Took 6hrs to get 7 half pallets of tomatoes off and inspected. Actually the lumpers had it off in an hour but the worthless publix employees stood around and did nothing. This in turn made me late for my last drop in Miami. When asked why it took so long i was told not to worry about it and theyd let me know when it was done. This is the type of place that need to be closed or completely re-structured from the ground up. No supervision or accountability. Avoid at all cost.
