Ruby Tuesday always works for me for good olé American Fare. I always start with the fresh salad bar then any of their wonderful entrees. Waitresses are always friendly, well trained, and accommodating.
Subscribe to the online coupons. That seals the deal for a return trip.

I came here for lunch… after 35 mins I am still waiting for my food… because they had to replace cooked the salmon. service sucks!!! I wonder why they are still open…

Very bad service. The service is slow. They’re polite, but slow. We have been for an hour and still haven’t received our food. The drinks are good.

My family and I came to this location last night for dinner. Food took a bit to come out (I think they were shortstaffed) but hey, on a positive note, we got to spend more time chatting!
Food was good, I got a burger, my daughter and bf got chicken fingers. No complaints.
Now, the reason I’m giving 5 stars. As I drove my daughter to school this morning, I was blinded by the sun. Looked high and low and could not find my sunglasses. Got home and searched everywhere. No where. I could of kicked myself. I had splurged on these Michael Kors shades. I decided to chance it and call up the restaurant wondering if I dropped them. My gut said I did but I really didn’t think anyone would turn them in. Guess what– they had them! So 5 stars for honesty!

Been coming here for years. Seen it change a lot. Last night went for dinner and it was over run by the snowbirds many of which were Canadian. The wait was 30 minutes and we sat down exactly at 30. Our waitress Natali was great. Very energetic, friendly and truly looked like she enjoyed her job. The food came out as ordered and was good. The only downside was having to listen to the old farts argue about their checks! I will continue to come to this location.

My Parmesan Shrimp Pasta is a jar of Alfredo sauce and shrimp with Old Bay. I was not impressed with the quality. The place is very crowded and the tables seem to be on top of each other.

Great fresh food. Went with my husband and boys for early dinner before movie. Great location across from the movie theatre. Great service and it was crowded.

First time here and I have to say I was impressed with the service. Contrary to the reviews I had read, this place knocked it out of the park. Not only was my service great but seeing the other guest being served in the same fashion was great. Great décor and great food and excellent service.

First we walk in and hold the door for an employee without any acknowledgement
Then we order drinks I ordered a lemon drop martini which tasted like just lemonade
I told the server he said they will make me a new one but brought the same glass back after I told him he offered me another drink but I said it was fine after dinner came our green beans were highly under cooked on top of that my fiancé spent the whole dinner without another drink even after he asked for it the guy still forgot now he did get his beer as we have the check the beer was the smaller ounce and he wanted the bigger one this is the last time we come here we had dishes sitting at the end of the table the whole time we ate

Glad they reopened. Our server was attentive and the Manager came over to make sure everything was all right. The food was very good and the salad bar is always fresh. Coupons for ½ off the second entrée are a nice perk.

It had been quite some time since we had been to this Ruby Tuesdays as they had closed for two months due to a kitchen fire. I went there with about 8 family members and had a great dinner with a fantastic server named Molly.
I only wish they would bring back the raisins for the salad bar.
Looking forward to coming back again!

It’s not fine dining by any means but, The food is consistently good. Prices are reasonable. Salad bar is fresh. One of the better chain restaurants out there.

I’m familiar with the restaurant, but not with the awful service. I set the bar pretty low for this location and what’s worse is that it fell way below that. It took 45 minutes to get my food only to have it made incorrectly and soggy. The portions were much smaller than I could remember and you could tell when the waiter apologized she wasn’t sincere at all.
Its always nice to see a restaurant try to make it all right, but none of that was there. There are 20 national burger chains that I would rather spend $ 12 for a burger at. I gave it 2 stars because I actually received my food. Not judging the rest, but never going back to this location.

I have picked up «to go» orders here several times in the last year. The food is great, however the service reminds me of why I would not want to dine in. :-(

I happen to be a fan of Ruby Tuesdays, just not this one.
They do have fair prices and a fresh salad bar, but their service is horrible.
Last week, I was enjoying the salad bar until I wanted a second plate. The lettuce bin was empty so I asked if someone could refill it. They said someone was taking car of it already and it still took 10 minutes. It doesn’t seem like a long time, but it is when you are standing there waiting.
Decided to give them another try this evening. I noticed the customers were all senior citizens; unlike the Boca Raton location which has a much younger crowd. We were given a table and noticed it was really warm. I can only assume the senior citizens complained of how cold it was so they made it warmer.
A table nearby was sitting with no drinks and obviously disturbed because no one servers had come to them yet. They got up and left.
We sat for another 10 minutes watching waitresses pass by and even just stand looking out around the dining room and yet we had no service yet. No water, no order, no nothing. We got up and left.
The hostess that sat us 15 minutes earlier was talking with a manager and just said «have a nice evening». Wow, she didn’t even ask if something was wrong.
The only reason I gave them a second star was because the salad bar is good. Could be better if they gave a normal size plate instead of the really small ones they use.
They desperately need to retrain their employees to be more like every other Ruby Tuesday.

I used to despise this place… mediocre food at best, tacky atmosphere, salad bar that always needed something refilled and the waitresses at this location always looked unkempt and disheveled. Don’t know if it was bad training or non-​existiant management, but either way I didn’t want «that» person handling my food.
Cheap prices and the salad bar were all it had going for it.
Luckily for them, Ruby Tuesday decided to change it’s image not too long ago.
Fast forward to today… improved menu with more choices, free seasoned biscuits, updated décor (although light fixtures are tacky, 60’s funkadelic), better uniforms which reflects positively on the same servers (they are much more presentable now).
My favorite change was the combo lunches (salad bar with mini burgers). Pick from cheeseburgers, turkey burgers, buffalo chicken or zucchini cake mini’s.
The combo’s come with fries but if you’re a healthy eater they offer plenty of alternatives like grilled zucchini, sliced tomato, steamed broccoli, grill asparagus, spaghetti squash, sugar snap peas and mashed cauliflower. Unfortunately, they all lack seasoning.

This was a good restaurant. I think they are pretty known for their salad bar but I’m afraid of those things since I saw a kid lick a gravy spoon once at a buffet at a hotel once… yuck!
Anyways, we settled on Ruby Tuesday’s at it was the only place in Deerfield that didn’t looked packed and it was amazing… they had their own parking lot and nobody selling you towels and cologne in the bathroom!
I had a jumbo margarita and that got a two-​thumbs-​up. For dinner I ordered a blue cheese burger and sweet potato fries and they were very good. Food came out very prompt and our server was very friendly. It was a nice change from the typical Boca-​snob-​restaurants. So, nothing that knocked our socks off but no complaints either.

A chain is a chain however Ruby Tuesdays has definitely stepped up their game from when I worked there back in college. This is a nice, clean location filled with the blue hairs from Century Village so the bar is not an ideal place to grab a drink if you are looking to get rowdy. However, if you’re looking to be a sugar baby-​you may hit the jackpot. I love their salad bar with the sneeze guard however I heard complaints from those I was with that they no longer offer cottage cheese on the bar. Oh well, I can live without. They offer a Fit and Trim menu if you are looking to keep your meal under 1,000 calories (seriously, check out their nutritional info online, it’s scary) and it’s not boring stuff-​they have sirloin, chicken, creole fish, etc on there so you can still enjoy a nice meal with a lower calorie content.
Our server was sweet at this location but she seemed clueless-​I had to ask three times for a water refill, she forgot to bring condiments, etc. but I really wasn’t expecting much service wise. If you join their email club online they send you all kinds of coupons and discounts-​nothing wrong with that.
