The instructors at Scuba Network are some of the best in the industry. If your serious about training they can provide you with the education to have a safe and successful dive every time. They know how to fit gear to you to maximize your comfort in the water. They will get you the gear that works for you not sell you a bunch of junk that you don’t need. «Little Jon» has always taking good care of me and I can’t say enough good things about him. For me it’s worth the extra drive past all the other dive shops to get good tank fills and great service!

It has been sometime since I had been diving and lost touch with scuba network, they were going through a major change in organization. When I was ready to get back in the water. I heard that they brought back some of the old staff to be the new management, «Little John» as he was called is now in charge and he is doing a fantastic job. The others like Bob and Colin, I am glad to be able to dive with them again. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The new staff I don’t know well but they are very friendly as well. Any old reviews from at least a year ago or more should be taken as they are old and things have changed for the better. Keep up the good work.

So I have had some concerns in the past, but I guess there have been some changes to management, and thank goodness for that. The changes have all been for the positive. The new management has really gone out of their way to work with their clients instead of throwing one fee out there after another. My husband went in to finish his certification and was quite happy with the changes that have been made. A store that was more focused on fees is now customer service centered. The goal now seems to be to expose people to the joys of diving. The instructors were friendly, informative, and excited to teach.
