Changing Habits Diaper Service

This service is so amazing, personalized and affordable. Donna is the best — it’s like having a personal diaper consultant. She’s not only very helpful with all of my questions, but senses when I’m having a problem (like when I leave a message to cancel a week or move to the next size) and calls immediately with advice. So, so great. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Changing Habits is AMAZING! Can’t say enough great things about Donna and her crew! We started getting our diaper delivery when our daugther was a couple months old (she was our 1^st, so we couldn’t even see straight the first couple months) But Donna made the switch soo easy. Showed up at my door with the diapers and the covers and the pail and the nice little smelly thing so you don’t get stinky diapers.
Donna is so supportive but she’ll tell ya like it is. (which I appreciated and needed!)
The best part is ya just throw the bag of dirty diaps out on the front porch and presto the next morning you have a beautiful little bag of clean diaps waiting for you. No running to the store to buy diapers or trying to find the best deals and hunt for coupons. blah blah blah. Oh and another amazing service is she stocks all the different diaper covers and liners and smelly things — so if you need something, I just leave her a note and a check and again presto — it’s there next week!
Just can’t say enough how great they are — and makes ya feel good that you’re not throwing hundreds of plastic diapers into landfills!

This is our third baby and our third time using Changing Habits. We have always had great customer service from Donna and love the diapers. I can agree with the earlier reviewer that Donna is overworked, but she has always taken the time to talk or stop in when we needed her.
She also is very dedicated to helping other small businesses serve those interested in using cloth-​even if it means losing some customers when they choose to buy instead of borrow.

With a baby on the way I knew immediately I didn’t want to use disposable diapers. I live in a household where we barely produce any waste, I wasn’t about to change that. That said, I wasn’t sure about having to deal with the washing and everything myself, at least not immediately.
I did some research and came across Changing Habits. It seems like they’re the only diaper service serving Arlington (even though they’re not really in the area). We got our first delivery last week and one of the employees came and explained/​showed me how everything worked. From the service to actually diapering a baby, it was covered.
I feel pretty good about the service and I’m hoping it works out for us. An updated review will be done once this stubborn little one decides to arrive and I can actually start using the diapers!
