What a pleasant and refreshing experience to use Cohn Inc. They deliver what they promise. Marc’s bond is his word. They are courteous, friendly and always clean up after themselves. The work performed is quality and their prices are very fair. Marc is constantly overseeing each job to make sure they meet his high standards of quality. They also stand behind their work.
I have had the opportunity to use Cohn Inc. in my home as well as my business. Most recently Marc has helped us after one of our properties was severely damaged by a tornado. I had been struggling for several months with a difficult insurance company. Marc stepped right in and immediately became our advocate. The project is finally under way.
Marc has often assisted us with decorative advise. Marc is not just
an ordinary contractor. He has learned from the ground up having personally performed all the types of work his company provides. He is a perfectionist. Everything must be just so otherwise it is not acceptable.

They really know what they are doing! had horrible incident with toilet overflowing, ruined everything! needed new floors, and bathroom! Marc helped with everything, even spoke to insurance adjustor and city when they came out to check source of problem. I was thrilled to have someone as capable and knowlegeable help me through this ordeal. additionally, he has impecable taste and my floors and new powder room are beautiful. His crew are friendly, neat and happy. What more can u ask for. Looking forward to another disaster.
