CRE8 Workshop

Recently had my daughters birthday party at Cre8 workshop. She had been there before & loved the project she made. Upon arriving at the workshop Donna greeted me with an attitude. She never once wished my daughter a Happy Birthday. Donna seemed annoyed to be there, unfriendly & very snippy. Our party had over 20 children, with Donna only having 1 helper. She seemed completely annoyed that I didn’t have anyone there to help??? Hmmm am I missing something, but I am paying you & your facility why would I have to bring additional help.
During the project Donna was extremely unfriendly, barking orders & yelling at the kids. Her demeanor was very unprofessional. I had many parents complain to me after the party when their kids told them how mean the instructor was.
In addition you are responsible for setting up if you are serving food as well as clean up. That’s pretty much unheard of especially on the North Shore if you are paying to have it out. Very disappointed with the treatment I received. Once the party was over Donna didn’t once ask me how we liked the party.
If you want to be treated like crap, have your kids be yelled at then Cre8workshop is the place to have your party. I have been telling everyone of my experience & what I found interesting was that EVERYONE has heard the same thing about the owner!
