Ron, who owns the company is absolutely fantastic. If you really want to know and see how the Air Duct cleaning is done you need to see this guy in action. He has got best in class top of line Dewalt compressor and you see what comes out when he is done with his work you will be astonished. He is super good in steam cleaning the carpets too. I have a 5yr and 2 yr old at home and with his proprietary organic cleaners he uses I know I don’t have to worry about the kids walking on chemicals after he is done with the cleaning. I have been using this company for 3 years now and even though he has his employees he ensures he comes in every time I want my house cleaned. You have to be really prepared to give him 4 – 8 hrs depending on the size of the house to do both air vents and carpet cleaning! If there was a 6^th star I would have given that to him for all the hard work involved in moving furnitures and going above and beyond doing all the top up carpets and wiping the ducts and cleaning the exhaust fans! Don’t think twice just call him and you can see all that I mean yourself!

Ron is the best! Nicest guy and will get anything and everything out of your carpets. If it doesn’t come out at first he will come back until the problem area is gone. Highly recommend!!!

Ron was very responsive right from the start. We needed the carpet for a rental apartment cleaned. Ron was able to do this within the week, and was flexible on timing. In addition, Ron made additional recommendations for a spotty area, even leaving some additional solution to apply for better results. I highly recommend Ron and will use this company again!

I was specifically looking for a specialized carpet cleaning service as I have 2 german shepherds and their hair and body oils soiled my carpeting. Pinnacle (Steam Cleaning Chicago) was the only service that said we will work it until you are satisfied and Ron the owner had not even see the carpet. He came out cleaned 3 rooms, 1 hallway and 28 steps using a 3 phase process and my carpet is NEW!!! You will not go wrong with this company and based on his rates he does not break the bank. He is not the cheapest nor is he the most expensive and this guy works hard to please. He works on the old and lost American work ethic, superior effort and customer service number #1! Great guy!!!

Ron was on time and did a fantastic job on my carpets. He was very thorough, and was able to remove a couple of stains that I thought were going to be permanent! Would use again!
