Ron Treiber has been my dentist — and my wife’s and children’s — for more than 20 years. We followed him when he moved his practice from Chicago to Deerfield because he’s a good guy and a superb dentist. He is patient, practical, honest, concerned for his patients, and willing to take the time to explain things. He sees the whole patient. He’s also an excellent technician — a master craftsman. You can trust him to be up on the latest trends and innovations. I’ve never had a bad experience with Dr. Treiber. My latest involved extracting a wisdom tooth. He spotted some decay during a routine check-​up, gave me the option of filling it or removing the tooth, which was serving no purpose at that point. He would have referred me to an oral surgeon, if I had wanted that; but an x-​ray indicated that the procedure should be straightforward and he saw no reason why he couldn’t remove the tooth himself. Which he did — quickly, professionally, and painlessly. I would refer anyone to Dr. Treiber. He is far and away the finest dentist I’ve ever had.

Dr. Treiber is way more than your average dentist! The service here is impeccable and the care and attention to detail is out of this world. Let me ask you… Have you ever had a dentist call you at home to see how you are feeling after a procedure? Well stop here! This is your guy. I have never felt more cared for by a dental facility in my life. I live in Chicago and I travel all the way to Deerfield for my dental appointments, period. Not only do they care but they go out of their way to make sure you know it. I am not just another mouth to look in or another insurance claim. Not to mention, Carol is the magician at the front desk. Normally I can only do Saturdays due to work, (which fill up quick cause that’s everyone’s MO), so she puts me in her mental note pad and when there is a cancellation I get a call to have a chance at the new opening. I can go on and on about this establishment but the best thing I can offer is to try them out yourself. You will hop on the Treiber wagon guaranteed!

People, don’t waste your time by going to this doctor. Extremely rude. I had to make an appointment with him because of my insurance. When I was in his chair he asked me if I have any problems? I said «I’m here, because of my insurance (which is true. I need referral from primary dentist to go to oral surgeon)». He asked me again «do you have any problems»? I said «I have to pull my wisdom teeth but to do that I need a referral from you». And then, he said «I refuse to work with you because it looks like you know about your mouth more than I do». I was totally shocked. Yes, you clown. I know about it more than you.
I wouldn’t give even 1 start to him. Save your money and your time.

I have been going for years and never had a bad experience. Always up to date on new trends, and makes the appointments painless. They also make insurance billing easy, so billing is never a hassle. Carol is wonderful at the front desk, and the hygienists are great.

Dr. Treiber is an amazing dentist. I’ve been going to him for 10 years and will not switch to another dentist even if my insurance required me to.
