My mom recommeded that I come here and see Mo because she had a great experiance buying her phone from him. He was kind and explained everything to her. So we came here together to buy my new phone but the night that we came two girls were working and Mo was not there. I decided that I was still going to get the phone but I felt that I got really rushed. My credit card got swiped, phone brought out and out I was told to go. Not that great customer service. When my mom had some questions about her phone, the girl was kind a mean to her with her short snappy replies and not helpful at all. I know that she knew how to help my mom, she just chose not to bother. I did not like that. Update: My mom just called me and she said she went back to the store today and Mo was there and the same girl that sold me my phone and was not that hepful few days ago was also there. Today she helped my mom with all of her questions about how to use her phone. Good job T-mobile in Deerfield!

I went in and opened 3 new accounts. The young man that serviced me was so nice and helpful. He told me to stop in and have my bill adjusted when I received it and that he would follow through on his end. When I went back they were just as nice and they had really done their part. I love this T-mobile store its the best one on the north shore.

If I could leave a negative set of stars, this one would deserve it. About 6 months ago I decided to help manage more of my now retired mom’s expenses and with that was getting a smart phone. I met Simona, a seemingly nice young lady just a few days before xmas 2011. She put me on a plan that had more than I needed, but assured me that in three months I could remove services and reduce the invoice. Through the next few months I would come in for my personal T Mobile phone and would speak with her and make sure that the three month mark. She said we were good to go. When the three month mark hit just a few months ago, when I went to exercise her promise, she basically started to become hard to get in touch with. I took the matter up with her manager who took a defensive approach towards my looking to get her offer exercised. I took the matter up with corporate and am stuck with a service agreement established by a sales associate who seemed to value getting another client signed for a minimum 2 year commit. Pretty sad, she could have been just honest and said I can’t do it or whatever, really I have no problem with the truth. The sad thing is that she was so accommodating and pleasant when I met her could do something like make a false promise or overcomitt. Had this been made known to me right at the day of purchase, I would have actually made a different decision with T Mobile and possibly not with T Mobile at all. If I were the store manager, I would have taken a different approach and not just blindly trust my employee and give some benefit of the doubt to the customer. It looks like he has a less than honest employee on his payroll, something that would make me concerned if I were that manager.

I recently cancelled my service with T-Mobile after being a customer for 11+ years. I will keep this short and to the point. I was no longer satisfied with their services and had not been for a while. We cancelled knowing that we would have to pay a $ 200 cancellation fee(that’s what we were told during our online chat). We were willing to pay the $ 200 fee just to be done with them ASAP. Little did we know, they don’t prorate the bill. So if you cancel only 4 days into the billing cycle(like we did), you are responsible for your full monthly bill(in our case $ 234.97) in addition to the $ 200 cancellation fee. The invidual we chatted with conveniently left that out of the conversation and we got hit with a $ 434.97 bill. We’ve contacted TMOBILE and they are unwilling to work with us to waive any fees, etc. Those considering going with or cancelling their service with TMOBILEPLEASEPLEASEBEWARE!!!

i’m a very good customer(when it comes to paying my bills on time) this past 2 yrs. however, t– mobile doesn’t seem to appreciate that. their service in general is really terrible” and i can’t wait for the iphone 4 to switch on 1st quarter of 2011 to verizon(so can i move on as well).
