The Pet Parlor

I have been taken my dog to The Pet Parlor for her haircut since she was a puppy. Tracy does a wonderful job and his a wonderful person. She cuts my dogs hit as I request every time.
I have had several dogs and never found a groomer like Tracy. I usually do not write reviews but when I saw Tracy received a bad review I was upset as I trust her with my baby (dog) and suggest her services to everyone I know.
Please give her a try, you will be very satisfied!

I have taken my Labradoodle to the Pet Parlor three times. The first time his hair cut was fine, second time it was not as good, so the third time I brought pictures. I told her how much to cut off, I was pretty clear on what I wanted her to do. My dogs hair was in really good shape. No matts at all. Well she shaved him, like a poodle. And did a pretty bad job. Uneven and random long hairs on his stomach and feet. Needless to say I will never go back. I could have done a better job myself.
I was so disappointed in how he looked, especially because I brought her pictures (a full body and a close up of his face) of how he looked after he was groomed at a Pet Smart in Houston Texas. I really believe her grooming talent is limited to shaving dogs.
I really don’t feel good about giving someone a bad review but I hate the way my dog looks right now and it is because he got a terrible hair cut at the Pet Parlor.
