My daughter and I met Kristin Young when we looked at a house in DeKalb, since my daughter is starting at NIU. We didn’t like the house, but we liked Kristin so much we asked if she would help us find the right house-​even if it was with a different realtor. We told Kristin what was important to us and she did ALL the legwork. She was terrific!!! Why knock yourself out, when Kristin will find you exactly what you want with no cost to you? We highly recommend Kristin and Signature Real Estate Pro.

Avoid at all costs. They do nothing to help you. We (buyers) have been searching for a house for about 6 months and they (Jayne and Carrie) wasted soooooo much of our time showing us houses that were no where near what we told them we were looking for!!! Finally, by chance, we find something and now they do nothing to facilitate getting this deal closed!!! I don’t know who, besides themselves, they are working for, but it’s not for me. In my opinion, they are simply incompetent!
Unless you have nothing but time to waste and you really like frustration and enjoy stupidity, stay away from this outfit!!!
