Sleepy’s

This location is awful. I ordered a bed last Saturday and was originally supposed to have it delivered on Wednesday. I was told by the associate that a frame would be included in the package for the price I was paying, but I was told by a customer service associate that no frame was apart of the order. After having the manager add in the frame (which I appreciate, but He shouldn’t have had to since the associate, Lindsay, had already expressed to me it was included) I rescheduled for tonight to have it be delivered. But of course on Wednesday the associate didn’t schedule me like he told me and now my bed is out of stock. I’m a college student so $ 800.00 may not be a lot of money to them or others, but having spent that amount of money and have nothing to show for it except unkept promises from place is ridiculous. I went to American mattress first and I should have stuck with them to begin with. No one I have spoken with has done anything to help. Lovely customer service. Go else where.

Gene was an excellent sales associate. He got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted!

We had a great experience purchasing our mattress here! The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and most of all not pushy. They helped us find exactly the type of mattress we wanted that was within our budget. The store was clean and the selection was excellent. The best part was that we got more than we wanted for less than we were planning to pay. I would definitely recommend Sleepy’s to anybody looking for a new mattress!

I’ve purchased several mattresses over the years, and I must say that I am impressed with the selection and customer service at Sleepy’s. My initial intention was to visit all three mattress stores in DeKalb before making a decision on purchasing a mattress. I started with Sleepy’s mistakenly believing they’d be my last choice; however, after my great experience with Levi, I didn’t bother shopping the other stores. Levi took the time to ask questions, while listening to my needs and addressing my concerns. He provided me several options in the style of mattress I was looking for, and also helped me stay within a reasonable price range I was looking for. Further, Levi wasn’t pushy at all. He was patient, informative, and knowledgeable, and allowed me as much time as I needed to check out the different mattresses. He assisted me with narrowing down my choices, and provided me more time to make a decision. I didn’t expect to purchase that night, but that’s exactly what I did and have had no regrets or second thoughts. Levi’s manager, Matt, was also helpful, particularly when I had a minor issue regarding something else. Overall, my mattress shopping adventure was actually enjoyable and fun.
