I have been here a couple times now for facials. Gretchen is def. the best. My skin felt soft, silky, and smooth when she was done. I noticed a huge difference in my skin after the facial. I have had my nails done here as well and i would not return for a manicure. I forgot the young ladies name. She was friendly and accommodating but the nails, i would never pay $ 40 to have done there again.

I have never been so insulted in my life. I had a gift certificate given to me so I made an appointment on OCTOBER 21 because they could not get me in. The next available day they had was October 31 so I set an appointment. As I get to my appointment they tell me they REFUSE to honor my gift certificate because it expired October 23… The deadline was missed because of THEIR inadequacies to provide me with a stylist before the deadline. I SUGGEST IF YOU’RE SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL UPSCALE ATMOSPHERE YOU CALL DOLCE VITA AND GET THE TREATMENT YOU DESERVE.

I have had hair cuts and massages there, and it’s a nice place, but I don’t feel very welcomed by staff. The staff know what they’re doing, but they are very catty. I walked out feeling the way you would after talking nasty gossip, and it was to no fault of my own. I’m glad I moved to another salon and spa when my massage therapist quit working there.

Fabulous massage here. Michelle Wells, was WONDERFUL! I think enough is said just in one line here. I cannot wait to save up some more money and go back soon!

I have had my hair cut, highlighted, and styled by a few different stylists at Studio One and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have thick, curly hair that is sometimes difficult to work with and I’ve always been impressed with the time the stylists take and the individual attention they give. I have also been happy with other services I’ve received (e.g., pedi, brow wax). The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are friendly.

DO NOT GET WAXED HERE!!! I’ve worked in a waxing place for three years and I just moves out to DeKalb for school. I was told this was the best place to get a Brazilian wax. After waiting one week to get an appointment it was the most horrific experience ever! It’s been 24 hours since my wax I still can’t walk or sit! I’ve been non stop bleeding since I got the wax! I have burn bubbles and my skin is missing in multiple areas! :’(NEVER AGAIN!

This is the best place to get your hair done in Dekalb :) I love the atmosphere of the salon. Very professional staff, great quality products, LOTS of different services. The prices are standard (they are on the level system). I get my hair colored here and they offered to add additional highlights if I wasn’t happy with the results.

My boyfriend surprised me with a facial and mani/​pedi. Gretchen did my facial and it was very relaxing, I actually fell asleep for a bit. I will def be back with her. The facial I believe like most come with a shoulder, arm, and hand massage but she also did a mini head massage :-)
The mani/​pedi I received was ok because of the polish. I forgot the woman’s name but she was very friendly and did a great job on the service. My only advice is to not get a french done, because I have had better. Don’t get me wrong, my nails came out nice but I am a picky person and I like the french to be straight and similar in shape and size. I would normally have said something in a nice way but was in a rush because these appointments although were great, were also unexpected. It is 2 days later and my manicure is peeling a little but pedicure looks good still (did not get french done). I would get my nails done here again just with a reg polish.

I had my mani/​pedi here for my wedding a week and a half ago. They have both lasted so well! My pedi still looks perfect and my manicure is just beginning to chip. They are a little bit more expensive than some other places, but definitely worth it. The pedicures are heaven. I love that they do the hot towels and actually take their time.
