Oddly enough, I was visiting from California, and decided to shop at TJ Maxx.
I bought things I could have easily bought at home, but hey — I brought a bigger suitcase with extra room for moments like this. I saw a few things I couldnt quite pass up.
They also had quite a few Chicago Cubs items, that I was looking for… and got a great deal on! A plastic tumbler, short sleeve jersey material shirt, hats, golf tees, luggage «thingy» for lack of a better word this morning…
Very friendly employees as well!

Like any discount department store, this one is hit or miss. I have walked out with nothing, and I’ve walked out with bags full. I have great luck finding bargains in the beauty product section, lots of salon products for 50% or less of retail. I also have luck with earbuds and tech accessories here, occasionally lingerie and shoes. I have never found much I needed in the housewares department.
The hunt is half the fun and typically you can always find some bargain that you need here!

You have to look for deals. Although everything is considered a deal there is still many things you will find that are almost or near full price but not what the item is listed for. Great picks in housewares!
