Just an update from my last review. After I had the computer in my car replaced the remote start stopped working (something got reset with the new computer). Mike knew we were traveling for Thanksgiving so he stayed late to fix it for us and didn’t charge me a dime even though I offered multiple times to pay him for his time. He’s a stand up guy and stands behind his work.

In response to your response Mike yes we did attend a car show for you. At the time of said show we were still not in possession of the truck because your «work» was still not done. As for why you have not heard from us in 2 years it is because we gave up trying to get a hold of you since you never returned any of our calls. Also the time you did have the truck we stopped by several times to get an update on the progress to find nothing had been done and it was just sitting in your parking lot. I will not remove my original post.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I walked in with no appointment and the gentleman squeezed me in and fixed my radio that had a short and stopped working! ! He also helped me replace my remote start key chain with extra parts he had laying around! He went above and beyond which a lot of business’ s don’t do any more ! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back to get a new remote start in stalled in the truck! !

I had a Pioneer AVX-​4600BT radio with backup cam and automatic start installed on my 2003 Kia Sorento. The service was fast, professional and it functions great! After installation, they took me through settings to ensure I knew how to use the system. Prices were right around MSRP for the hardware, but I received a very sizable military discount on labor for installation (much better than BestBuy for sure). There was an issue where the radio would not open and close properly because of the OEM dash. They were able to shave some of the side of the dash off professionally without being able to notice it at all! The radio looks like it came from the factory installed for that vehicle. Backup cam works great, bluetooth mic is clear and autostart has an outstanding range with two-​way communication so I know whether or not the vehicle received the signal. Not sure if it was because of them or because of the remote start, but now when you unlock either the driver or passenger door, all the doors unlock. I love this feature because the drivers side was the only one with a button that opened all doors before. It’s very convenient. Also, because of the radio they picked for install, I’m able to get an adapter that will allow me to use my iPhone apps and OBDII connector to display a wide array of vehicle diagnostics that don’t come with a 2003 vehicle. . The only downside was that because of the radio type, I lost my steering wheel controls for the radio. I’ll have to buy an additional adapter to regain their functionality. I would highly recommend people to trust their vehicle to a family business like this one who is going to truly appreciate the business and take the time to wrap and route the wires correctly and not make a mess inside the dash. I should also mention that they stayed open late just to finish my vehicle and give me time to come pick it up that day! Thanks!

Do not take your vehicle here for any reason. They have a reputation for remote starters, but their techs know nothing other than the cheap way they hack into your system. You will most likely need electrical repair at another shop to fix their mistakes (as is my case)
