Connie would check out any new listings and notify me of it well before any website would have it listed and if a home was not at the right value she was never hesitant to let me know that it was not a valuable investment. This on top of being extremely responsive, a top notch negotiator, and an excellent communicator makes her the best in the business. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS FOR CONNIE! We got a referred to Connie by a co-​worker who had purchased a home through her several months back. She raved about the services she provided and assured me that we would be just as happy. She wasn’t kidding. We have worked with close to 6 realtors over a two yr period and could never get proper advice on how much to offer, if the home is worth asking, if the home/​area has any potential down falls. Connie gave us all that plus more. She provided advice such a trend analysis in the area; future market analysis; if the home would be well suited as a rental, what upgrades add value to a home vs what does not; and what are easy fixes vs money pits.
What really caught our attention working with Connie was that she didnt throw us into the MLS and said connact me when you find something you like… No! She searched homes for us based on our price point, our needs/​wants and made suggestions to us. If we did see a home we liked on her website
, she would do her research on the home first, then discuss her findings with us before we even saw the property. This was great, because based on her research, we were able to eliminate half of the homes on our «maybe» list. This was valuable because we were not running around looking at homes that didnt meet our needs/​wants.
In addition to the above, Connie would arrive to the home prior to our arrival and check the home out so that she can provide valuable input based on what we wanted.
Needless to say after a few months, Connie helped us in finding our first home in an area we always wanted to be in. After the relentless negotiations, we moved into our home. Do you think the services ended there?! Noooo! Connie is still helping us. She came by on moving day to make sure I wasn’t stressed out too much. She stayed when I had an interior designer come by and she provided input as to which materials added value to my home, she even helped us determine which mail was soliciting vs actual mail for our home (there are a lot of businesses that are phishing/​preying on new home buyers out there).
All I can say is that I am happy. I’m referring her to everyone I know. If you are looking for a home, this woman works hard for you. Its like having a personal shopper who knows your measurements and style. The services are tailor fitted to you. And at the end, you come out feeling amazing!!!
