The assistant was not friendly. In fact was a snob. My son and I are new to the area and wanted to get a toy. But she seem to be frowning at us when we pick up some toy to see… Too bad, we were looking for a least 6 presents to bring back home from a local toy shop.

I LOVE this wonderful toy store. The staff is ALWAYS kind and very helpful. They make great recommendations for any age group, they are always changing their inventory so it is up to date, fresh and you’ll always find that unique, interesting toy. They gift wrap beautifully and for FREE!

Came here out of desperation. Needed to buy a gift for one of my son’s friends b-​day pronto. They bump the cost of the toys, which is no bueno!
They do have a rewards program, but I think Gepetto’s realize that folks don’t come here that often to buy toys and accumulate the extra $ 1 off for every $ 1000 you spend.
And as for customer service… there is such a thing as too much. Stop asking me (three times) if I need help looking for something… the store is not that big… and quite frankly, it’s creepy.
