Rude staff !!! I stood there waiting while the «manager» and salesperson sat around in chairs talking to each other and ignoring me. Meanwhile the store was completely empty of customers. When I finally got the lady’s attention, she didn’t bother getting up and simply pointed to what I needed. I have shopped here for many years and have always been happy with their service. I’m afraid their current staff isn’t doing the owners any favors.

My experience was not good. Had to ask someone to help us. My husband purchased a shirt I had picked out for him. After trying it on my husband looked at some slacks no one offered to help or make suggestions. Seems on the Friday we were there little lonely ladies stop by to visit while buying customers wait.
Nice merchandise if someone would help you.

I had the best time shopping at Patrick James in the Flower Hill Mall with my boyfriend. We found a great selection of Robert Graham shirts and Tommy Bahama shorts, shirts and pants!
But the reason I am Unilocaling about them is that when the zipper broke on a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts, they apologized and took care of the problem right away. If the zipper couldn’t be fixed right away, John said he’d get us a new pair immediately. Great service every time.

Some may call this a men’s fashion store. I’m going to step it up and say it’s a fine men’s clothiers. Possibly a haberdashery.
You won’t find thrift-​store items here, nor will you find thrift-​store prices. What you will find is attire for the man of distinguished taste, for both formal and informal occasions.
They have a wide range of suits, dress slacks and shirts, and also more casual clothing, suitable for sipping 20-​year scotch at the club.
And as is to be expected of a store that specializes in such clothing, they pride themselves on exceptional service, offering in-​store tailoring and custom fitting of suits.
I’ve bought all of my suits here, and I make an annual pilgrimage to this distant store for updates to my dress slacks and shirt selections in my wardrobe. I’ve tried other stores, but only Patrick James consistently has what I need. Granted, I usually have to wait until they are having a sale, but it’s worth it.
If you’ve never been there, I highly recommend a visit. Just be sure to bring either a very full wallet, or a well-​heeled credit card.
