Update: came back here with a friend to rent one of their Penske trucks. We were second in line behind someone else attempting to rent. The other customer was clearly exasperated, we soon discovered why. We’ve now been in line for over 45 minutes and we’re no closer to getting our truck, which we’ve already been told has no air conditioning (no discount despite being 102*) — there’s no way that a national chain is this incompetent, clearly there’s a store wide joke being played on all of the weekend warriors trying to do home improvements.
