Morales Handyman Service

I found Morales Handyman perusing the internet, and decided to give them a try; I needed some drywall repair done on a soon-​to-​be rental property and gave them an e-​mail; they also had a great deal on popcorn ceiling removal so I took advantage of that too (the house was mostly empty, so it made sense to do it now).
Patricia was very responsive and professional; she is the one who does the scheduling and provides the quotes.
Saul is the action guy; he and his crews do the work — and they do a great job. I was impressed with the time and effort put into the prep work and with the work itself. I had them scrape, texture, prime and paint the ceiling, and everything looks great! I even got some advice on the color from Saul and had him wait until I went to buy a new color of paint for the ceiling.
I generally do much of the work myself, and having done contracting work in the past (too busy now), I am VERY particular about how things are done and that they are done right (ask my wife, I have cursed shoddy builders when I do a teardown on a house to discover the stuff that lurks behnd the walls and under the floors). I checked in on Saul several times and was ultimately very happy with the quality of the work and the overall value (price) of the job, as well as his knowledge/​experience.
The only minor complaint I had was the cleanup could have been a little better; I did mention that I was replacing the carpet and painting the walls, so I can’t fault them too much for that; but full disclosure, right?
Overall, great job; I would not hesitate to call them for future jobs.
