Creative Flair Salon

So glad I went here to get my hair «done» for my son’s wedding! I showed Ali (I think that was her name) a picture of what I wanted, and explained that it needed lots of product to keep it looking good through a looooong hot afternoon and evening. Mission accomplished – my hair looked fabulous, and it looked just as good at midnight as it did when I walked out of the salon. She also helped me pick out a flattering lip color. Very affordable and probably the best experience ever in getting a fancy hairdo!

Ditto regarding Sara’s review! I also had Natalie and received the same excellent service. I love my new style and will definitely be back. In addition, it was fun, and everyone was so sociable from the clients to all of the staff! The prices are fantastic! I have been looking for a stylist for over a year and finally found someone I love! This is what a business should strive for! Very impressed!

. I found out about this company from browsing through
and livingsocial deals. I was hesitant at first, but then, if the city voted it to be the BEST, how bad can it be?
Well, I made plans to go visit my awesome friend in Madison one weekend, so I figured since I was already going west, might as well stop by at Creative Flair Salon. So I made a last minute appointment with Natalie.
It was on a Saturday morning and it was cold and freezing! The drive to the salon was kind of nice with a little frozen lake scenery. My GPS was on point that day — I didn’t get lost and the salon wasn’t hard to find. It’s located near a corner of a short strip of small boutiques and stores. I mean, really, really cute neighborhood! I parked on the street — no meters. Free ²⁄₃ hours parking and it didn’t seem like a crowded place. Was really easy to find parking around there.
Well anyways, the moment I entered the salon, I was greeted by warmth and pleasant «Good Morning» by some of the stylists there. One of them asked if I wanted anything to drink right away. Here’s your options: coffee (hazelnut, vanilla, or mocha (?)), tea, water, soda (diet or regular). I thought the choices for the coffees were awesome! The smell of the coffee, friendly hellos, and the super chill and laid back background music were all great signs telling me that I’d get a great haircut by at the end of this appointment!
I didn’t have to wait very long, as Natalie introduced herself and brought me to her chair right away. Natalie was so nice and friendly. She made me feel comfortable that I completely forgot that I was about to let a stranger chop 8 – 10 inches of my hair. I explained to her what I wanted and I even brought a picture in. It was so easy to talk to her and she listened so well too! She was so careful with my hair and made sure I was happy with every inch of my hair. I love that about her! The appointment was quite fun actually, the conversation was easy and natural. Most importantly, she didn’t mess up my hair and the haircut turned out good that I had to come back for the second time. Well my second appointment was even better — the new cut had so many compliments! I seriously am in love with my own hair! I have to give kudos to Natalie for doing such an amazing job on my hair! I really feel like I get my money and time worth while.
Overall, a really friendly cute small salon. You can feel the atmosphere there that the stylists there are just so passionate and are so in love with their job! Gives off that good, positive vibe. I walked out smiling both times and feeling pretty and confident with my hair! Will definitely come back, even if I have to drive from Milwaukee! :)
