Hardee’s

Food is good, but the service at this location is so slow. Go to the drive thru for breakfast and you will sit there for 30 minutes. Then they will get your order wrong and now inside to wait to get it fixed.
Hey management team, how about you work on staffing so you can properly serve your customers?

My first time ever to a Hardee’s. Service was pretty polite. My co-​worker ordered a three piece chicken finger with curly fries and a small drink. Sauce: spicy buffalo. Okay. So my turn. I say «I’m going to have the exact same thing, but add ranch please.» Well apparently «exact same thing» is too hard to comprehend because she did not give me the sauce. Oh well no biggie.
The chicken fingers are fried to delicious perfection. Curly fries were great. Sweet tea, yum. I quite enjoyed my meal.
Haven’t had anything else and we took it to go. As far as fried chicken fingers go, this place is good.

I always stop here when on my way to Madison or Rochester. Food is great place is dated but always clean and the staff are great. Hey it’s fast food but the hot h and cheese is good Comfort food and the new buns (fresh baked?) are amazing.

I give Hardee’s all these stars for their breakfast biscuits… they just can’t be beat. Fluffy buttery perfection. This location is just fine for service and cleanliness.

I am the first to admit I really like Hardees and would love to see more of them closer so when I am traveling somewhere, we always will stop when we pass one.
I have been to this location a few times in the past and never had any complaints but it has been a year or so since we were last there. I do not know what happened!!!
Service was very friendly and that was about the best part of the experience. I ordered my usual — Big Hot Ham & Cheese. You would expect it to be hot or even warm at best — mine was cold. If I wanted a ham & cheese sandwich I could have made one at home — was disappointed. My son’s cheeseburger was ordered with ketchup only and I even specified «an cheese of course» and the gal behind the counter laughed. I had told her «you’d be surprised how many times I say ketchup only on a cheeseburger and do not get cheese». Meal was brought to the table, like they always do which is really nice and guess what?! NO CHEESE on the cheeseburger with ketchup. My 9 yr old took matters into his own hands and brought it back up for a new one.
Left, full but not satisfied — not in so much of a hurry to stop at this location again though.
