Lynn Duncan Permanent Cosmetics

I have been wearing eyeliner for 30 years and finally decided to have permanent eyeliner done. I did my research, looked at before and after pictures, and decided to go with Lynn Duncan. You can choose traditional or dramatic. I chose dramatic. She applies the eyeliner in two sessions. At the first session, she applies it conservatively. At the follow up appointment, she goes over the eyeliner to make sure the eyeliner is dark, and then asks if you want the shape adjusted and if you want the liners darker and more dramatic. Very smart method — you can always add more, but you obviously can’t take away. She is very accommodating and clearly wants her clients to be happy. She gave me exactly what I wanted, consulted with me every step of the way to make sure she was on the right track, tweaked my eyeliner until I was happy, she is a perfectionist, and my eyeliner is gorgeous. Super happy and hanging up my eyeliner pencil forever. I went home and my husband said «Your eyes look beautiful.»

OK for little black strips above and below your eye, but in my opinion, her work is not terribly nuanced.
