The coffee is good and very consistent. The internet is horribly slow and appears to be artificially slowed at busy times of the day which is a real bummer :(

Experienced a very less than satisfactory Manager — Kathy. She was rude and not concerned that my drink was made incorrectly. Soy milk vs regular milk is a big difference when you are lactose intolerant. No empathy, no apologies, NOMORESTARBUCKSFORME!!! shame on you Mangement.

It’s a Starbucks — I needed a coffee fix headed from Milwaukee to Madison. It did the trick. Latte was decent. Condiment counter was an unappealing mess.

They do a brisk business weekday mornings – efficient and friendly – and never make me feel bad about not being completely awake when I’m ordering… sometimes I’m one of those people who forgets to mention that I have a coupon code. :(There’s another Starbucks closer to my workplace but I prefer to come to this one for the better service and larger waiting area.

An excellent Starbucks location, both in terms of easy access and quality of service. They are always busy but the baristas are efficient and keep the lines moving. Plenty of seating, including outdoor tables for warmer weather days.

This is the Starbucks that other stores should try to be like. Having traveled all over and imbibed more coffee than can possibly be good for you, this Starbucks stands out from the rest. Though I don’t always go to Starbucks, I will go a little out of my way to go to this one. Here’s the breakdown The Good The people here know how to provide customer service, and they do it well. Friendly, without being overbearing, this group can work through a busy line in no-time! My wife drinks her latte with soy milk. You can burn soy milk very easily and I’ve been to shops where the coffee is great, but they always burn the milk. Never happened here. The Bad It’s Starbucks coffee. It’s going to be really strong and somewhat over-roasted. Just because they make it well here, does not change that fact. I think that Pike Place is what I’ll be drinking in Hell… maybe alternating between Sumatra and Pikes. Seriously, there is a point when smokey flavor becomes«take the beans out before they get that really friggin burnt color!» The Ugly Well kids, if you went back in time and told your grandparents that you would be paying $ 4 for a cup of Joe, they would probably think you were a bit simple. But thanks to some good marketing and not a small amount of shaping and Pavlovian conditioning, we queue up for our 4-buck-cup. The short of it If you like Starbucks coffee, then this is the place to come to in SEWI. Otherwise… why aren’t you driving to Alterra by the lake?
