Absolutely ridiculous. The folks at this location have no concept of «thank you for using our services, how can I help you?»
Quite the opposite, they are rude, could not care less about you and the business you’re bringing.
They feel entitled to our business. Don’t reward them in any way.

One star, because I couldn’t give less. Horrible customer service, save your time, money, and items that you are doing and go somewhere else. Even UPS customer service recommended going somewhere else. This was my first visit to this location, and it will be my last. I have never had such a negative experience at a UPS store.
