Just went to get my free update. AFTER he unwrapped the box booted up my new phone and wiped my old phone he proudly announced I had to pay 40 $ today. After my second visit to the store that day and being very money conscious. As a college student and around the holidays thats a lot of money. I asked if he could work with me and put it on the bill or if my mom could give her credit card info over the phone. The worker was completely useless in trying to work with me and just offered my old blank phone back to me. Unprofessional to spring charges on someone like that.

Our family had a great experience on 8÷12÷15 at Verizon in Delafield. We switched 4AT&T phones out for new Verizon iPhones. Our sales person, ALEX, came in on his off day to help us set up service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. When my son could not retrieve his contacts Alex went out of his way to help him recover them. Alex explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what our new plan would cover and cost. Later in the day, when I could not get my phone to restore from my backup, I brought in both my computer and new phone. Another employee, Chad, went thru all the steps with me and found my previous backup so all my information was restored. It is stressful switching cell phone providers. Something always seems to go wrong. This was not the case with Verizon. Both Alex and Chad made switching carriers easy and stress-free. In addition, they saved us a lot of money!

Tyler the manager and the sales staff at this location go beyond arrogant. I cancelled my account with them today and didn’t even mind spending the money for early cancellation because I could not see ever supporting Verizon again. The worst customer service ever.
