Wow! They do have a lot of guns! They have them every where so you really have to take your time to see everything– there are a lot of dusty hidden gems in this place.
As far as service, once they get to you, they are great, but being such a big store with so much inventory, you would need a staff of 20 to take care of the customers, so if you come here, just be patient and they will get to you. I took advantage of the wait and found several rare guns that I would not of normally never seen had I got instant service– maybe that’s their plan…
I never felt under pressure to buy anything and I look at a lot of their stock.
Their prices are fair, I have never gotten a real bargain, but I have gotten what I wanted. All in all a great store if you bring your patience and a sharp eye…

Went into the shop to buy a gun I was told I couldn’t test the trigger pull, it would cost me 10 dollars they believe it would damage the firing pin. They really lost out, don’t bother with this place a lot of junk.

Great selection. Terrible terrible service. Not one person said hello when I walked in, I should have immediately walked out but really liked the selection. Was there at least 15 minutes and got no help so left. Will not buy anything here due to the lack of customer service. Unbelievable. Only got 2 stars for the selection.

OMG — the selection here is phenonmenal! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of weapons that they have available and that they are willing to show you without trying to hassle you into making a purchase. When recently in the area, after hearing a lot of positive feedback we decided to venture inside to take a look. Each employee that we came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although we didn’t purchase anything when we went — we definitely enjoyed looking around at everything that they had to offer.

They had some ammo that I had been looking for all over and they shipped it to my house. Many gun stores won’t ship to Kalifornia, so I really appreciated it!

I had been in their shop several times checking out all their guns and they have hundreds, or even thousands of guns here. Finally two weeks back I was on a hunt for a Beretta Jetfire 950B, well, they had one! I came back a few days later with some guns to trade and we did and even swap for what I had for the Beretta and the guy even through in a box of ammo too!
If you have questions on a type of gun you’re looking for whether it be CC, home defence, hunting, etc they know their guns and will get you set up!
They also have a very good selection of other stuff; jewelry, musical gear, toys, surf boards, heck I even saw a big popcorn maker upstairs too!
This is a high traffic store. Their inventory is constantly moving. A++

If you need a gun, they have it. Colt hasn’t made the python on 20 years and they have 3 of them. Fab selection. If you need a sax or trumpet, they have scads of those too. How bout power tools or fishin stuff. You guessed it, the answer is «come on down!»
