used them via Teleflora, they confirmed delivery via email. In reality, 3 weeks later a plant was delivered instead of my Christmas bouquet. 2 weeks late, plus they spelled the persons name wrong. Pathetic

Terrible Experience, stay away. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday that were supposed to be delivered on Monday but they never arrived. I called the number on their website Tuesday morning to follow up and see why they were not delivered. The women that answered the phone asked what the zip code of the address the flowers were being delivered to was so I told her. She told me that store had a different number and that they had several locations. Personally I find that strange since the website is but the number on the website goes to a different location that doesn’t deliver to my parents zip code in Deland. So I called the number and after ringing for a while I get an automated message saying this persons voice mail box hasn’t been set up. Ok, I find that odd as well especially for a professional business. I wait 30 minutes and call the number back, this time I get a lady that seems very rushed and discombobulated. She tells me she doesn’t know why they weren’t delivered and she’s waiting for her drivers to come in to find out. She takes my information down and tells me she’ll call me back when she finds out what’s going on. 6 hours later I still haven’t heard anything and the flowers still haven’t arrived so I call back and get that same recording about the voice mail not being set up so I call the main number on the website. This time a get a male who did not come across friendly at all. After sharing my reason for the call he asked for the zip code the flowers were being delivered to and he said they were on the truck. Offer no apology or any sympathy; I will never do business with again.
