This company is horrible! Every winter they jack the rate per gallon up! I mean they will go from around 4 $ a gallon to 6 $ a gallon for the cold months. Another thing that I hate is there is only one day(Saturday) they will deliver to us without charging us a «fee». We live only about 5 miles from the Deland supply office! We also got a surprise delivery one time where they came unscheduled and filled our entire 500 gallon tank! There was a over 700 $ bill left on our door step. I would highly recommend looking into other companies. We are saving to have them pull there tank out of our ground and we are going to a different company ASAP. Of course it cost a small fortune to switch company tanks :(

Horrible, horrible customer service. It’s almost like you call and are part of some goofy comedy show where the people are running into walls and dropping stuff. They come out at random to fill our propane tank then send us a $ 300+ bill. The bill was incorrect and it has been months and several calls and they still can’t get it right! Every time we call they say they will fix it, that they will make notes on our account and then a few weeks later we get a late charge and still no corrected bill. We call again and they say they see the notes on our account and can’t understand why we keep getting late charges. They promise to fix it and then we get another(incorrect) bill with a late charge! Repeat that scenario about 4 times. Augh. One time they left a message for me to call them but they read the 1 – 800 number so fast I couldn’t understand them. When I called back long distance asking for the free number I was given an incorrect number. I called back, she apologized then she gave me another(incorrect) 1 – 800 number. I called back(long distance) and said forget it! So it goes with Suburban Propane…
