Super Nails

I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday and my experience was not good at all. I took my mom to go get manicures and when we walked in the girl asked what services we wanted. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed and a manicure and that my mom just wanted a manicure. They took my mom back and started right away. I had to sit and wait, which was fine because all of the other stations were taken. This girl comes in and asked for her eyebrows done and they take her right away. I started to get a little bit irritated because they were aware that I wanted my eyebrows done but they took her before/​instead of me. So, I continued to wait for my turn. A man approached me and asked what I needed done. I told him a manicure and my eyebrows waxed. He said ok, it’d be a few minutes. So, I sat and waited about another 20 minutes. I finally sit down to get my manicure and my mom was now done with hers and the young boy doing my nails asked what I needed done. I told him eyebrows and manicure and showed him colors I was interested in. So now I have told 3 different people that I wanted my eyebrows waxed and nobody helped. I told him that I wanted only one finger on each hand painted a different color and a lady started yelling at him saying he needed to charge me $ 2 extra for the other color. I just told him to do one color and that’s it. So he did do a great job with my fingers around my nails and such but the paint job was not good. there are spots of my nail showing through the polish. After painting my nails, he states «ok, you’re done!» They didn’t even dry my nails!!! He expected to have me sign the credit card slip with wet nails. I told my mom just to sign it for me and he goes «Just have her sign it and I’ll fill out the tip and total for you!» Um, NO! The establishment was also not clean. Will not be returning!
1 day update: 3 of my nails have polish that chipped already. Seriously?! Huge waste of money

I went in on Valentines Day. The owner did my nails. It was the first time someone doing my nails asked my name and told me hers. I left, my nails looked nice. But within 2 days 2 of them broke off, so i went back got someone else my 2 nails looked like crap, they were thick, not shaped anything like the others and were not straight. Low and behold the next day another one broke. I took them off and will not go back in there. I get my nails done and never in my life lost three in less than a week. Very disappointed.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a nail salon that was reasonably priced and offered the services I want. I stopped into Super Nails on my way home from work and I’m glad I did. I was treated to a relaxing and worthwhile experience.
I got a Green Tea pedicure and manicure with gel polish. The pedicure was thorough and the technician took great care to make sure I was comfortable. My skin is very dry, but not thick like a callus. He was able to remove the skin gently, without damaging the fresh skin underneath. This has been a problem at other shops, so I appreciate his thoughtfulness. I appreciate the various pedicure services and levels available. I keep my natural nails short and like French polish. This has been difficult for some in the past. My nails look clean and pretty.
The best part of this salon was the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt calm, relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. I will definitely be back.

Worst ever. And when I showed the manager she redid 2 nails and it was just as bad. Never ever will go back

Stay away from this awful place!!! You will waste your time making an appointment since they don’t seem to remember from one night to the next morning! Went in made an appointment with the only person who happens to speak English but he was arrogant the next day acting as if we didn’t make an appointment with us for 9:30a in the morning. We were there about 10 minutes early and there were no workers except one who pretended to also not remember us and did not speak English! Avoid at all cost… there are too many other nail salons to waste your time going here… Apparently they don’t do a very good job anyway so they did me a favor!

I had a gel manicure. They did not paint them close to my cuticle. One nail chipped on the side within three days. Three peeled a clear coating within a week. A forth chipped on the top side by day 4. The filing was jagged. I usually get my gel manicures to last at least three weeks but these didn’t keep for 1 week. I would not go back.

Not good!!!
