Heard good things about this place so I decided to check it out. Cute, clean coffee shop and owned by a friendly couple. The wife was very helpful in explaining how they take extra care in brewing their hot and cold coffees to make sure there is no bitterness. I opted for a latte with almond milk (thank you for having a dairy-​free option) and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic Coffee. Great couple who runs it. Just be prepared to be there 15 – 20 minutes as everything is ground and made fresh with a small staff in a small space. They also sell their beans by the half pound. Higher price for the quantity of product, but the quality I find is more than worth it. Sure to become a DeLand staple. Can’t wait until they get to their new place and extended their hours!!!

By far, the BEST coffee in DeLand! I highly recommend stopping by Trilogy. It is located in an old refurbished house, and the seating is amongst beautiful eclectic artwork. The owners are very nice, and also very knowledgeable about coffee. The beans are roasted in house every Monday, which is why they close early that day.
I absolutely love their Iced Coffee. I’ve also tried the Pour Over, which is excellent. You can purchase coffee by the bag here, as well.

What an amazing coffee house. The roast their beans in house and they make the coffee with a pour over. The wife and I each had a cup and bought 2 bags to take home. The old house is cool and listening to them talk about coffee is really cool.

I’ll add to the string of 5-​star reviews. The owners know coffee like few people I’ve encountered, and they pour not just coffee, but their knowledge and love, into each cup. No drip brews here — every cup gets a careful pour over. And they don’t just make coffee — they roast their own beans (also available for sale). If you’re a coffee connoisseur, this is THE place to go in DeLand.
The focus on coffee is great, but it means limited other options (limited tea; no food).
As for the atmosphere, it’s in an eclectic art gallery space in an old house. Seating is adequate and WiFi is good.
Can’t recommend strongly enough.

My husband overheard somebody working in another coffee shop recommending this place and we had to check it out. Wonderful people, great little space, and the best cup of coffee you will find in DeLand! Subtle, distinct flavors. I normally put some sugar in my coffee, but it wasn’t necessary because of the quality of the roast. A new business offering a product you can’t get anywhere else around. Go, now. Seriously.

I came across Trilogy while on a break at a staff meeting in downtown DeLand and loved every part of the experience getting coffee here. It’s in an old refurbished house and is every part of a small business that you love to love. Quirky little shop, funky flavors and selection, cool artwork… this place is great! If you’re looking for a unique small-​town coffee joint in DeLand look no further than here.
DeLand’s best kept secret. Amazing coffee, fresh roasted and brewed fresh before your eyes. I highly recommend. starbucks, schmarbucks, this place is awesome
