This company has very poor business practices, horrible customer service, and lack of organization. After going to their store four times during their posted business hours and also calling multiple times with no answer, I finally was able to set up an appointment on a weekend where someone would be sure to be there. I showed up on time and waited 15 minutes and no one showed. After speaking with a co-owner who offered no viable excuses for the no show and non-returned phone calls, she agreed to give me a discount for my inconveniences. However, when the item arrived, the other co-owner rescinded the discount and didn’t seem to care about the previous promise or all my troubles. Lack of honesty, lack of communication, lack of hiring good employees leads to lack of business, and I will not be purchasing anything from them ever.

We ordered labels to go on some equipment we were building and sending out. We received them 2 days before we needed them(perfect), however they messed up the spelling of our business name(it was clearly their mistake as we could see that we spelled our name correctly on the receipt they provided us). When I called in to have them reprinted they were happy to reprint them at no cost but unwilling to overnight the labels to us so we could receive them in time for our equipment to go out due to the fact that overnighting them costs more than the cost of the labels. I can understand this from a business cost perspective, however I don’t believe the customer should have to pay for the mistake that the company made. Had they done their job correctly and reviewed the spelling before sending them out, we would have had our labels in time. This is not something the customer should be concerned with. I probably won’t use them in the future because of the impact that has been imposed on us having to wait for the labels, and feeling like their customer service is sub-par.
