high prices, ruder customer service, 1 year contract, crummy drivers

We have no say in who picks up our garbage so I guess they can treat you anyway they want. I just had the worst customer «service» experience in my entire life with them. Unprofessional, rude, condescending with no logic involved at all. It started with a nasty voice mail because someone else had made a mistake and ended with the most random «so there» comment you could ever imagine. A toddler would make more sense.

Randy’s Sanitation (aka, Randy’s Environmental Services) is excellent!
We’ve had Randy’s for our small commercial building (and ACE for our residence) for over 8 years. After just getting done trashing ACE (pun intended), I figure I’d give Randy’s their props!
We’ve had all kinds of trash issues with Randy’s over the years… extra pickups, extra heavy loads, scrappers vandalizing our dumpsters, high security locking dumpsters, and people dumping trash. So many problems, we actually have 3 security cameras on one dumpster!
Our account representative and all of the staff and the drivers have been fantastic. They even answer their phones! (This is something that ACE doesn’t know how to do.) I couldn’t ask for anything more from a company that specializes in helping with something that most of us really don’t want to deal with!
