Thought it would be easier to fill insulin prescriptions here during holidays since closer to home. Big mistake. First, they couldn’t find name in their computer and blamed me for having two versions of my name entered in their computer. Then, they questioned prescription dosage that came from doc some 3 hours after they got it. Probably should have been best to question the doctor instead of me. In the end I canceled the prescription to go to our usual pharmacy 40 miles away and have them fixed and filled with no interrogation, no blame, no issue, no problems. They dealt with doctors and insurance. Rite aid should remember we are their customers. We don’t have access to their computer systems and we definitely don’t call in our own meds or dosages. I’d rather travel than ever deal with the pharmacy ever again. The star I gave is merely for proximity.
