Worst manicure ever! Only reason I’m giving them a star is because the other technicians were so nice. I called while on my way & was told no problem, there’s no wait right now. Well I guess someone walked in within the 3 minutes it took me to get there because I waited. When I was called for my manicure, I sit down, ask for a basic manicure & I swear the technician looks at me & sighs, like she’s highly annoyed. So I settle in, dunk my fingers in the bowl of cold water, and proceed to get the worst manicure I’ve ever had. No massage, no cuticle oil or any perks whatsoever. And the polish is on my fingers too… she didn’t bother to clean them up. I get it, she’s not making money off these little nails, but come on! So far the pedicure has been decent. This is definitely a no frills place, but at least it was better than the manicure. I won’t be coming back here unless it’s just for a quick pedi. If you’re not getting a full set or gel nails you’re not worth their time apparently.

I had a good experience! I got a spa gel pedicure, and was sat down immediately. It seemed pretty busy for eyebrow waxing/threading. Overall my toes turned out great. I would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

1 star for great service from the male nail techs and the owner lady. 1 star for decent cleanliness and decent selection of colors. The first time I went here, I brought my parents. I was happy with the results for my parents’ nails, and their male techs and the owner lady were very nice and polite. My nail tech was a female, who I think is the sister in law of the owner, but I was not happy with my French tip nails at all. The edges were not filed and were very crooked. I had to tell her to smooth out the edges and file my nails straight… in the end, I still tipped every nail tech who had serviced me and my parents. Today, I brought my parents again. My father’s nail tech was the same lady who did my nails last time. I left my parents there while I ran errands. When I returned, I checked my parents’ nails. My mother’s nails were great and her nail tech was one of the male nail techs. My dad was sitting down, already finished and I was very disappointed when I checked his nails. Again, his nail tech was the same lady who serviced me before, and my dad’s nails were very poorly finished! His nails were crookedly and roughly filed, the edges were rough, the nails and nail beds were also dry because the lady did not put the finishing oil at the end, and my dad was bleeding in TWO different fingers. No antiseptic was put to clean the cuts! I talked to the lady, and she came up with every excuse. «Your dad did not relax his hands. His nails were very dirty.» I told her, «Excuse me? My father understands, „relax“ and you can’t just NOT put antiseptic on cuts, AND you can’t just leave nails crookedly filed and rough around the edges.» She was very rude and unprofessional, but she did refile my dad’s nails. The other man put the oil in my dad’s nails afterward, and he put the antiseptic on his cuts. I did not tip her this time, but I did tip the other nail techs who serviced my parents. So, my advice if you go: *For your service, request the male nail techs or the owner lady(she has short, black hair). *Do not let that lady I spoke about above to service you. She is the chubbier one with longer, colored hair. The first time, that lady didn’t do a good job on my nails, but I still tipped her… that’s fine. But it happened, too, a second time?! No way. Very poor and unprofessional service, no tip. I hope she didn’t think she could get away with it just because my dad doesn’t understand English well and that I wasn’t there during his service to advocate for him. Very disappointed with her service.

I wanted to like this place. However, my experience guaranteed that I won’t be returning. I came in for a gel manicure. It was only $ 20 dollars. Two stars for the color selection though, but what’s the point of having colorful nails when they are filed incorrectly and the dead skin/cuticles aren’t cared for? I wasn’t expecting my dry hands to suddenly come to life, but I wasn’t even offered any lotion. I asked for square-ish nails. Somehow my long nails were aggressively filed… in which the woman took the term ‘square’ way too literally. I had 90 degree angles on my nails. The corners of my nail were so sharp, I had to file them down as soon as I got home. The paint job wasn’t too bad. But the nails filed so poorly that it doesn’t even matter. The nail tech had used an acrylic grit file and didn’t bother to use a fine grit file to keep the edges from looking so rough. I really wanted to like this place, I promise.

Definitely a fan of this place. It may be quiet but you get what you pay for. Went in around 8ish in the morning was their first customer. I wanted a pedicure and manicure both french tips with gelish top. Outcome was great and I really, really was thankful that I do not need to worry about the pain of ingrown toe nails(tmi). The workers are really nice and I would definitely come again.

Came to get eyebrows done. Waiting for the lady that usually does them. While waiting, mind you we’ve been sitting at her station for 5 mins already & one of the other ladies that work there comes just to move her things that were below our bags. Then goes back to her station & continues doing her customers nails. Rude much?!!

Came here because I was in dire need of a pedicure/gel manicure. Yeah. First world problems. I had called Delilah’s and Tropic and both receptionists told me «I don’t know» when I asked for the prices of a gel manicure. Wtf? How do you not know?! Even if the manicurist who does gel isn’t there yet, you should still be knowledgable of your prices! Anyway came to Spa Nails at 10am and there were two ladies getting fills. by the time I sat down in a chair there were five people waiting to get services done. Quiet salon. And I’m satisfied with the job the guy did for $ 20. I didn’t feel as though he rushed even with a bunch of people waiting. $ 23 for a gel manicure is a really good deal. My white tips came out fine and I have no complaints. I would come back in the future if ever I need any nail work done while visiting my parents. At least these people are knowledgable about the services try offer.
