Had Chile Verde and Rellenos. Not salty, greasy or fatty. Lots of food, in own unique sauces– the chile verde had lots of cumin. Asked for and got extra sauce for the doggy bag. Rice and beans were good and simple.

I give this Starbucks a 5-star. I go here everyday. Yes I’m a regular and so the regular staff all knows my name and my drink. There are times when they miss a pump(and yes I can tell) but nothing too big to complain about, and sometimes they are slower than some days but you also gotta think about all the factors like training new employees or the amount of customers they have. there are certain times in the day(like the early MORNING hours or late evening hours) where the drive-thru gets backed up or no parking in the parking lot BUTWHATDOYOUREALLYEXPECTWHENITSTHEONLYSTARBUCKSINDELANOANDWITHIN20 – 30 miles radius? ANDTHATISWHYTHEREISMOBILEAPP and I usually order mine through there and by the time I get to the store my drank is ready Overall FRIENDLYSTAFF&MYDRANKISDELISH

I go to Starbucks A LOT. Today I happen upon this store where i had the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks ever! The barista who took my order was condescending in a way that made me want to punch her in the face. I came in with a coupon for a free drink, I ordered my drink and she says; «this is for a holiday drink.» I read her the coupon where it clearly stated«good for ANY handcrafted espresso beverage» I still had a half confused smile on my face, I couldn’t understand why she would question that. She then put her hand out in front of me, as a frustrated mom would to her child having a fit, and said«okay. I. Am. Telling. You. It’s. For. A. Holiday. Drink.» I am a patient person and one who does not like to speak when overly upset. I took a deep breath, and walked away with a pumpkin spice latte. Yes, I bit my tongue. But ultimately regretted it. This visit happened on 1.16.2016 at 8:37pm. Usually Starbucks is where I go for a stress free experience, somewhere to go for a treat, tonight that experience was tainted. It was SO not about the drink, I love my PSL! It was about the way she spoke to me.

I went in a couple of weeks ago around 5:30 pm. The drive thru was packed so I decided to walk in. There was no line inside and I was not acknowledged for 5 minutes because they were busy with the drive thru orders. Since the baristas were constantly walking past the register I’m Sure they were aware of my presence but they didn’t greet me, not even to say«I’ll be right with you». After a few more minutes of this I left. This type of service would not be put up with in a bigger city. Luckily, Delano is small and this is the only coffee shop within 20 miles so the locals will continue to flock there, despite the slow service

Stopped here on the drive home to OC. We purchased a «you are here» collector mug for California. It was pretty crowded for the day after Christmas. Not much to say about a Starbucks… Like every Starbucks, same menu, prices. No skim milk or whole milk in the self-serve carafes. I use half and half so this didn’t bother me too much. But that’s the worst when you have to ask the staff to refill the counter items. This one had a drive-thru that seemed to move pretty fast. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Stop the whining Delano residents. Just consider yourselves lucky that you even have a Starbucks in your middle of nowhere depressing city. The staff I’ve come across with here have always been friendly, efficient and make my drinks correctly.

No wonder this store has low stars. Stopped on our way back from Yosemite. No sense of urgency and low level of competency of the cashier. Long line, spent 5 minutes with one customer voiding and redoing one drink and pastry. Ignored the rest of the line. Awful. My turn came, and I had a lucky dozen to redeem. She didn’t understand and kept trying to take my phone to see what I was talking about. Then told me I didn’t have one. She had to get a manager to fix it and explain what it was. Hands down my worst Starbucks experience, coming from someone who goes to Starbucks three times a week.

This Starbucks never fails to satisfy my cravings for a nice cup of coffee, or perhaps an ice cold frap, maybe even a tea added with a side of their delicious cookies. The cashier who helped me at the register was friendly and maintained a positive attitude during the whole transaction. The wait for my Joy Tea was about a couple minutes long which is really great, I would recommend coming in the mornings up to the afternoon hours, as that’s when this establishment is calm and they are able to keep the orders rolling through professionally and efficiently. Just be cautious on the hours of visitation as it gets really bad around the afternoon hours and the wait times can go up to 20 minutes. Other than the long lines later in the day, this establishment is great!

Good coffee but always so busy! We need two Starbucks in town! I go when I crave coffee it dislike going because there’s careless drivers everywhere. That place is so small and traffic there gets heavy. Staff is always friendly.

Overly sweetened sweet drinks, nearly tasteless breakfast food, poor customer service and why no red cup? My lukewarm Caramel mocha was loaded with caramel syrup, I asked for half sweet and it was either made full sweet or next time I’m going with… Any other coffee shop, cause there won’t be a next time. Iced tall Americano was super bitter. Breakfast food on the menu looked good but they only had 2 of the options available. My first choice wasn’t there and neither was my second, being that I was road tripping I settled and got a sausage egg mcmuffin looking thing, it had almost no taste and like the caramel mocha it was barely warm. I rarely go to Starbucks but it seems like every time I do, it’s a let down. I’m only going there when I have no other option from now on.

The WORST Starbucks on the planet! The owner of this location should be firing the entire staff. Inside the building is dirty! They go weeks without mopping the floors, the bathrooms have toilet paper all over the floor, trash cans over flowing! The staff is extremely rude and impatient. They act like the customer slows down the ordering… It can take me 10 mins to order and I’ll still wait 30 minutes to get my order filled! It’s a freaking joke in this place. I’d like the owner to contact me and justify why this Starbucks is so shitty. No excuse why it’s filthy and way below standard.

I literally only go to this Starbucks if I need to. It always has a big line and the drinks are not good at all.

By far the worst Starbucks experience. Took an hour to receive my poorly made drinks. Horrible set back for my 7 hour drive.

Starbucks is always good. Nice people, good service, clean store, hot and cold coffee. It is a very convenient location right off of Highway 99 northbound at Cecil Avenue in Delano. Most folks know about Starbucks so there isn’t much to say. This is a well managed location and I recommend it.

Called in for a traveler the night before. Showed 5 minutes early, they didn’t have it on the list. Manager, heavy set, 40 year white woman, gave me all the excuses why it was not ready. She did nothing to undo the issue. She said it would be ready in 10, took 15 min. Later another customer ssked her if they can make a custom coffee. She said no, same lady. Once she left she told the other staff she could make it but didn’t want to. Starbucks you need to retrain this individual.

The worst service we’ve ever had at a Starbucks! Should have known when we had to park across the street because the drive-thru line was backed up into the street. No line inside and plenty of seating, so didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes for a tall blonde pour over coffee and a Frappuccino! But the Frappuccino was sitting on the their counter for 10 minutes before I finally asked about it. Looked like the coffee was started after we complained, and the guy made some excuse about how busy they were and the guy taking orders had to «step away» from the register to start it. Really? Needless to stay we won’t be back, freeway — close or not! My husband has orders blonde coffee at Starbucks all the time, and expects to wait 4 – 5 minutes, but this was simply poor service.

Clean, not too crowded and I would normally never write a review about a Starbucks just because no one really cares — they would come here if they need their fix no matter what I write. I’m writing this review because #1) I’m just waiting for someone and I’m bored and #2) There’s something unique about this Strbx… this location seems to be over staffed. Seriously there are currently 7 employees working, 7… total over kill, I’m all about creating jobs and supporting your community but the staff has outnumbered the customers for the last hour! How many baristas does it take to make your coffee? Apparently 7. Well, enjoy the fast service.

As always Starbucks never disappoints. Drive-Thru was a breeze even with 3 cars in front of us. Staff was polite and smiling. Had the caramel macchiato and to it always tastes great. Until next time.

I mostly just use the drive through at this particular Starbucks as it makes a very convenient stop as one is driving North on the 99 on road trips. On this particular visit I made it inside for the first time. There are two tables outside with umbrellas to protect them from the summer sun. Inside it was decorated as a classic Starbucks, but there were two large glass windows stretching down two sides of the building providing plenty of natural sunlight giving this one a particularly cheery air about it. There was plenty of seating and tables and it was about half filled with people enjoying the use of the free wifi for their laptops and ipads. There were plenty of conveniently located electrical outlets, and even the people at the tables out in the middle of the seating space had no problem stretching their charger cords far enough to reach them. Just in Time by Dean Martin was playing over the PA system. Pop over to and keep it playing on another time if you want to feel like you’re in this Starbucks with me. The barristas were very friendly and accommodated my odd drink order without blinking an eye. I ordered a café misto with 2 pumps each of mocha, caramel, and hazelnut. It is referred to as a Nutella Latte on Starbucks secret menu, but the Barristas are not necessarily trained to make it just from the name so I have to explain it each time. The barristas here made it perfectly and I was back on my way quickly. Maybe someday I’ll stop in with time to just hang out and enjoy the atmosphere.
