On-Top Roof & Chimney

This was not the least expensive estimate, but trust was placed in a local company. The workmanship was acceptable for much of the job, but some things were left undone. Caulk was absent in some areas and inadequate sealing was done in a few spots. The reason for a single star is that this company charged for a new roof in its entirety, yet only put a new roof on a portion of my mother’s house (ignoring the part that needed it the most). There were a few areas that needed repair, yet none of these were addressed. They charged fully, but did half a job.
Did they expect an 80 year-​old to climb onto the roof to inspect it? Probably not, which is why they felt they could get away with it. Proceed with caution if you use this company. Inspect ALL work and do not pay until the job that you paid for is done (properly).
