I don’t know about the actual services at this business because they did not reply to a contact form I sent nor did they return a phone call. A friend and I bought the Groupon last year for a riding lesson. Like lots of people, we waited until a few weeks before the expiration to use it. Initially, I called them. The outgoing message on their voicemail instructed me to go to the website and complete a Groupon-specific form so that I could schedule my lesson. This page said that I needed to schedule my lesson before the expiration date. However, the actual date of the lesson may be scheduled through the end of October. My friend sent her form on the same day. We waited. 16 days later, no one from Equi-Valent had called. So, I called and left a message explaining that I had completed the form. I told them the date and that it was before the Groupon expiration. One week later, I still have not received a return phone call from anyone at Equi-Valent. My friend has also not received a return phone call from anyone at Equi-Valent. This company’s customer service is extremely lacking. Hopefully, they are better with horses.
