I have had a number of vehicles towed several times over the years for various reasons. To say that I have had some bad experiences would be an understatement.
I called Joe’s towing service around 9pm on a Sunday night. Joe himself picked my truck and me up within 30 minutes.
Joe’s Tow Service also has a repair shop as well. I had left his shop by 9:45pm on a Sunday evening. Received a call from his repair shop by 9am the following day and had my truck repaired by 1pm the same day. The mechanic on duty kept me up to date on the issue, the cost, and let me know when the work was completed.
Can’t say that I have ever been happy to get the news from a car shop but Joe and his crew are true professionals. They have definitely won my future business.
