We were literally the only diners in the restaurant, and after waiting for twenty minutes and asking about our order, they realized that they forgot to make it… Despite five employees behind the counter and the measly two diners in the restaurant(us). The pizza was good, though, especially for the price.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Relieved the wrong pizza which I am allergic called and asked politely to receive another was told it would an hour and a half to two hours even though the first pizza only took 30 minutes. I asked why and he said«I’m busy, there’s nothing else I can do» I told him that’s fine just send it out. Waited 4 hours for my pizza and it never arrived. Called the next morning to get a refund since I never received what I ordered and was told he’d give me a 25% refund. I asked for the corporate number and was on hold for ten minutes and was told he couldn’t find it and I could google it and find it. Called corporate office in Toledo and never actually talked to anybody just left a voicemail. Someone from the store called me and told me they’d give me a refund but they didn’t believe me. I never received my refund and had to call my bank to have them reverse the charge.

Pizza buffets should have pizza on them, right? Te buffet was completely empty during the noon hour. It wasn’t because it was busy; the place was pretty empty. After I managed to find an employee and asked them to make food for the buffet, I witnessed another family leave because nobody came to the counter to assist them. Marco’s pizza is decent, but I won’t visit this place again.

My absolute favorite pizza! I’ve never sat inside, but their delivery service seems to be fairly quick and the employees friendly. The ONLY issue I’ve had is that they commonly forget the sauces you can order on the side.(Ex: garlic butter) and at 60¢ each, it’s pretty aggravating when they forget it. I’m still giving them 4 stars because the quality and taste of their pizza is awesome.

I and my family absolutely love Marco’s pizza. My family, my wife’s family, and most of my friends would agree it is the groups go to pizza. But this location specifically has disappointed us with their service experience, which is why I felt the need to do a review. Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas online, and then a few few minutes later ordered another online because we ended up having some company. We waited to pick up to be there when the last pizza was said to be done. We got there and they gave us the first two pizza, but didn’t have the third. They were rude and persistent they didn’t have it, the«manager» came over and we showed them our confirmation, and they magically found the order. They were not very apologetic, made us wait 20 mins, while company and kids waited 40 mins for this to get resolved, and so the 3rd pizza was made. We then left with two cold pizzas, hangry kids, and in the end Marco’s did nothing to fix this customer service blunder.

Marco’s contacted my apartment complex to offer a $ 5.00 pizza night. The last time this was offered was a fiasco(long lines, kept running out of pizza, etc.) This time, the residents preordered & gave the restaurant a week’s notice. Not only did the pizzas arrive an hour late(without notice; the apartment manager had to keep calling Marco’s for delivery status,) the driver was sent with no instructions & very little cash. The poor man was dipping into his own wallet to make change. And the pizzas arrived lukewarm & not completely sliced. If the restaurant wants to offer a promotional night, they should be prepared to do what’s necessary to make it run smoothly. It’s decent pizza at a good price, but their lackluster service ruined their opportunity to attract more business from the tenants here. I’d never consider using them for a party or group function.

Fresh vegetables, crisp crust, obviously not premade frozen like so many national chains. We like to try local favorites when we travel and saw the ad on our hotel key card and thought we’d give it a shot. Called just before 11 on Saturday night and was delivered within time promised. We ordered the Deluxe and it was hot, delicious and the delivery gal was prompt and friendly. Great sausage and the sauce had a slight kick. We will definitely have this pizza again when we’re near another Marco’s!

Marcos is probably the best delivery pizza in Delaware. I’ve never ate in but the place I believe used to be a Long John Silvers. I’ve always either went with pickup or delivery. They use only the finest real toppings. Their subs taste great as well. The steak and cheese is a good cheese steak. Boneless wings are meaty pieces of real chicken slathered in your favorite sauce or naked. Cheese sticks are very tasty as well.

If you are looking for great pizza and a good price this is your place. This place is similar to pizza hut type pizza but is much better. When ordering ask about specials they always run good deals. Meat lovers pizza is amazingly Scrumtrulescent

Gross, thick, tasteless pizza. Toppings were fairly distributed, but it had no flavor. Will not visit again, even though they are constantly sending coupons in the mail and the bag.
