McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is horrible. I can’t believe they have the nerve to serve cold stale fries on a continual basis. This is one item on the menu that McDonald’s is infamous for and they can’t get that right. I just left there and my husbands fish sandwich was swimming in tartar sauce. He had to switch out buns from home to have a decent sandwich. Come on McDonalds, I worked for you as a teenager and this type of service never happened. The oil was changed nightly and cold stale fries never went out the store. I witnessed many batches that sat for too long in the vat being tossed in the trash. sandwiches were prepared on clean surfaces, using fresh ingredients. Times sure have changed

This McDonald’s has the annoying practice of having a person with clipboard take you drive through order. Very annoying since they stand no where near the menu. Food is same as any other macdonalds

Four weeks ago we got a to-​go breakfast and our two orders of hashbrowns were not in the bag. My husband called and the person he talked to said she would put it in «the book» so we could get them the next time we were in. Today we went again for breakfast and asked for the two forgotten hashbrowns. The manager barely looked in «the book» and said she didn’t see it. She also said she couldn’t give us our hashbrowns because I didn’t know the name of the person we talked to. I don’t think this system works well if they won’t even take the time to look in the book. My husband was sure that the person on the phone recorded it because she asked how to spell his name as she wrote it down. Check your bag before you leave because if they put a forgotten item in «the book» you’ll never get it.
I am really disappointed in this McDonalds experience.
