Pet Palace

We have used this location before for our cats. This time we had our dog here for a short stay. The staff has always been very friendly on every interaction. Our dog did contract kennel cough though which does make me worried to use the location again.

Finding a place and team of good people to care for our diabetic cat while we were out of the country was not an easy task. Everyone at Pet Palace was so friendly and you can tell they really enjoy caring for the animals.
We walked into Pet Palace one afternoon to inquire about their services and were graciously offered a free trial day to make sure he was comfortable in the setting and would eat with no issues. The cat condos are spacious and our Tiggy found the window was a perfect spot to lay, just like at home. While we were on our trip they kept us informed through email, sent photos and made us feel extremely comfortable that he was in very good hands.

Eh. The services were by far the best I have ever experienced with kennels. They nickel and dime for every little bit though. My Maltese came home with Laryngitis from barking so much, and it looked as if she never even was taken out of her little space, even though we paid for playgroups. Will I return: yes. Do I have much of a choice: No.

I was INCREDIBLY nervous about boarding our rescued beagle, Jack, when we did some traveling over Thanksgiving. I booked with Pet Palace on the advice of another nervous dog mom, and could not be more pleased with the experience.
The staff at Pet Palace welcomed Jack with open arms and smiles, and our little guy was so excited for the wealth of attention that he barely noticed my fiancé and I were leaving him. I felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care and my nerves were instantly calmed.
We were running late to pick Jack up, and when we called to BEG them to stay open just a few minutes late for us, they were so accommodating. We arrived approximately a minute before their 8pm closing time, but I didn’t feel rushed through the pickup process at all. They gave us a report card with notes about how Jack did during his stay; we paid for extra one-​on-​one time and it was 100% worth it. Jack was so exhausted from his evening game of fetch that he went right to sleep on the car ride home.
I will bring Jack back to this facility in a heartbeat. He was obviously well taken care of and given lots of love while we were gone. The facility was clean, the staff is great, and my dog was a happy camper.

Pet Palace is the only place I would leave my beloved dog with. The staff simply loves pets and it shows in their care. They get extra play time (a.k.a. love & affection) in a clean and safe environment. The facilities were CLEAN, smell-​free, new, well light, large, and open. I also subscribed to their web cam, so I could watch anytime I wanted. I would highly recommend Pet Palace.

I have used this location for doggy day care for my foster dog who has tons of puppy energy. It’s just up the road form where I work!
The staff at this Pet Palace is extremely attentive and caring! The rates are competitive and the facility is clean and safe. The managers of this center do A LOT to help local rescues /​charities /​and non profits. Cannot speak highly enough about this Pet Palace.
When searching for the place, it can be a bit tricky. It is not easily seen from the road. You will see a 24 HOUR FITNESS, the pet palace is actually behind that.
