Andrew knows what he’s doing! Diagnosed the problem over the phone and asked questions to determine if repair vs new dishwasher would be more cost effective. Andrew fixed the door on my Kitchenaid dishwasher (snapped cable) and was in and out in an hour (service within 24 hours of my call). He is an honest, friendly guy with a wealth of knowledge.

ONE WORD: WOW!!! On the night of 4÷10÷13, I reached into my fridge and realized that nothing was cool. I put a thermometer in there and saw that the temp was 60 degrees! I emailed Andrew the Appliance Guy at 11:13 PM, he called at 7:20 AM, diagnosed the problem and gave me a high/​low estimate, arrived at 12PM and all was fixed within 30 – 45 minutes. So, my huge problem was fixed within 5 business hours.
I do my best to support local, non «big box» contractors. Let me tell you, Andrew was not only responsive, communicative, honest and reasonably priced, he is simply just an all around good guy. As a single female, I felt comfortable having him in my home. He was personable and we even had a nice conversation while he was fixing the fridge.
