Poor insulation. Huge cracks between windows/​doors. Maintenance man told me to go to Walmart, buy a certain product, and fix it myself.
With said cracks in doors/​windows, lots of bugs can get inside.
Slow draining bathtub and sinks. Was told once again to head to Walmart and get Draino.
Was promised certain features that are not in the apartment.
All electric apartments. Lots of attic space.
