We stopped by for supper on a Saturday. Most of us had the ribs, which are kickass, falling off the bone done. The hash browns are of a very generous serving and home made not frozen. One member of our party tried taking on the Hibanater, that was good fun too watch, and it looked good too. My daughter in law tried the large order of nachos. She said that they were great also. All in all the food was great and the prices are very reasonable. I do recommend eating here. We’ll be back!

A «small town bar» may seem just that. But the food can really set a place apart. The Grizzlly(sic) Den has that quality. Friendly staff. Sometimes quiet, sometimes busy. But always generous portions for food. Yes, it has the standard«bar food» menu. But there is more. I have two favorites: 1. The Friday ribs special. At this writing, $ 11.95 for ½ rack(up recently from $ 9.95). And a whole rack is now $ 13.95. Absolutely get the whole rack. You will have 2 meals when you take ½ home. Ribs are meaty and tender. Good BBQ sauce – on the sweet side and not hot. Comes with a side(slaw is good!) and potato. And have the hash browns – a full plate(gotta see ‘em to believe). Yep, take half home – you’ll still have a sizable meal. Well worth the price! 2. The tenderloin. Comes with 2 buns(see photo) and it needs it. This is really as big as a plate/basket. Crisp and not like cardboard. The slice of tenderloin inside is thick enough you know you have more than breading. For something over $ 7.00 split it and 2 have BIG sandwiches and low cost! Share or take ½ home. There’s also a fish fry special. It’s also worth a try. With any meal – DO get the hash browns. Add onions(my choice!) or cheese or both. You will have a plate full. In short: Get in here.
