Staff inexperienced. Product outdated and juices never consistent. They had a good thing going early on but now this shop is simply falling behind.

Went to the Millsboro location very knowledgeable staff, huge variety of juices and mods and some of the cheapest in the area. Their house juices are made on sight but in my opinion although they are different they still all have a similar flavor. Their max VA lines though are awesome. I usually go there about once every two weeks

My husband and I bought our first set of vapes and e-liquid from here. The prices were great, as were the products. I was impressed. However, the customer service is very lacking. There were two men working and only about four customers– most of which were simply vaping, and my husband and I stood there for about 45 minutes without being waited on. They acknowledged us, even asked numerous times of we’d been helped yet– but did not help us for quite a while. They seemed too busy talking and vaping with the other guests– which is fine, but to continuously acknowledge us and then make no effort to help us was ridiculous. When they finally did help us, they repeatedly got carried away talking amongst themselves and not focusing on what we were there to do– buy our vapes. My husband and I had somewhere to be, so after an HOUR of waiting, we left empty handed. He returned later to pick up the vapes we’d picked out and to try out some e-liquids for us to buy. Overall, everything was priced quite nicely. I love my vape and all of the juices we ended up buying.(Slurrp is amazing, as is Joker.) But the service… Was horrible. I doubt we’ll ever go back. And just to clarify, there was one customer trying out different flavors of liquid, so of course she needed the associate’s help. But ALL of the other three were simply vaping– why couldn’t the other gentleman help us while the gentleman assisting the lady trying different liquids took care of the customers that were vaping? I understand customer service is not easy, I work in customer service… But come on. This place is really lacking in that department. There was no excuse with two people working and only four customers that after an HOUR we had to leave empty handed.

Delmar Vapor lounge, wow, what a transformation. I visited Delmar Vapor Lounge the other day and they have changed. Not only to a new and larger location, but in knowledge, product and customer service. The owner who seems like a down to earth person seemed to really care about getting people to quit smoking. The lounge which is much larger now was comfortable and his staff really knew what they were doing. Delmar Vapor lounge is now a great place to visit.

Upon entering I was pleasantly pleased with the selection of juices and the freedom to create your own juice. What I was not pleased with was the young man with the beard behind the counter. He was average height, smaller build and had a blonde bushy beard and thick rimmed glasses. He was rude and arrogant. I am new to vaping and don’t appreciate being made to feel like an idiot when asking a simple question. This was very unprofessional and left a bitter taste in my mouth, I will not be going back to Delmar vapor as long as I can avoid doing so which is very unfortunate due to the nice selection of juices and flavors.

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly. The only down fall for me was that I am into dripping and all their testers are 15 nic level which I get there logic on it. Like they stated most people are trying to quit smoking so they use the higher level. But for the ones that have been vaping for a while and doing more like myself it’s hard to taste flavors. But all and all the staff was great and very welcoming. And the flavors I was able to try were not bad either. So I was not completely disappointed with my visit.
