I first encountered Jimmy’s stand at the Saratoga Farmers Market. This is by far the best pizza I have ever had(there are several different types and they’re all good). Add to this that Jimmy is one of the nicest and most likable guys you’ll ever meet and you’ve got a winning combination.

«Jimmy Makes Pizza» is a food booth/table at the Delmar Farmers Market in Bethlehem Central Middle School’s parking lot. The guy makes the pizza from a portable wood-fired oven on the spot. I ordered a BLT white pizza and two drinks. I sat and waited 10 minutes at an adjacent picnic table Jimmy had for customers. Jimmy employs several people(family?) working his booth so he’s gotta be making good money and rightfully so. Paying all his taxes? The pizza is excellent for the area with fresh toppings, reasonable cheese and a yummy crust. I would definitely eat Jimmy’s pizza again. The lemonade was not from/entirely freshly squeezed lemons, but you can’t have everything. Yes, I know lemons are expensive and the man wants to make some money but he’s gotta realize I want that amazing freshly-squeezed w/white sugar loaded with ice lemonade experience that syrup from a jar can’t provide. The service was fast and friendly, no service complaints. I’m skeptical Jimmy can maintain the quality but only time will tell! Here’s Jimmy’s Facebook page since Unilocal doesn’t allow FB links for the business website field.
