I went here to look at the possibilities of getting my first road bike. Being a grad student I was on a tight budget, however this wasn’t off-​putting to anyone here whatsoever. In fact, everyone was so extremely helpful and understanding. They really took their time explaining the differences between bikes and everything I would need. They got me the best possible bike I could get, along with accessories, all within my budget.
I was helped by Jeff (I believe) and Nate (owner), some of the nicest people and what is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Nate wasn’t satisfied until I had the best possible bike fit, which took much longer than anticipated since being a new rider I wasn’t sure which ‘fits’ felt best, yet he never seemed to mind. He was very patient with me.
I’ve had my new road bike for about a week and fits and rides great. I can’t imagine going to any other bike shop for future purchases. They have earned my customer loyalty.

Popped in here today and was greated with a friendly smile and welcome. After a bit of chit chat I was asked if there was anything I was interested in and told the guy that I wasnt ready to buy and wouldnt be for awhile and he still answered any and all of my questions with enthusiasm. After being treated like I was a bother at a different local bike shop this was such a good feeling. I think what really makes the difference is that these guys are genuine bike riders, not just bike sales people. I will DEFINITELY be returning to get my next bike and any work needed on my current bike. Whether your into road biking, mtn biking (or slight hills on eastern shore), or just casual riding tou def owe it to yourself to stop in!!!
